UNNES Pelopori Diklat Olahraga Lempar Pisau dan Kapak

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mempelopori pendidikan dan latihan (Diklat) olahraga lempar pisau dan kapak untuk menyiapkan bibit-bibit atletik mahasiswa.

Ketua panitia Noorochmat Isdaryanto SS MSi melaporkan, Diklat ini dilaksanakn selama dua hari sejak Kamis hingga Jumat (8-9/2) di kampus UNNES Sekaran Gunungpati.

Noorochmat menjelaskan, karena UNNES merupakan kampus konservasi nama cabang olahraga ini diberi nama “Lempika UNNES Godhong Pring” dan sudah memiliki lagu kas sendiri, juga ciptaan sendiri mungkin lagu ini bisa di Hak Patenkan.

Diklat bertujuan untuk mengenalkan olahraga melempar pisau dan kapak, mengajarkan teknik melempar, dan menyiapkan bibit bibit unggul atletik UNNES yang unggul dalam olahraga lempar pisau dan kapak.

“Komunitas lempar pisau dan kapak di Indonesia itu sudah banyak, namun Diklat di kampus ini merupakan yang pertama kali di Indonesia. Teman-teman Komunitas Indonesia saat ini sedang memperjuangkan cabang olahraga ini masuk di cabang olahraga Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON),” tambahnya.

Setelah Diklat ini, diagendakan akhir tahun 2018 akan diselenggrakan lomba Lempika (lempar pisau dan kapak). Harapannya UNNES jago pada cabang olahraga lembar pisau dan kapak tersebut.

Diklat menghadirkan pelatih Hary Houdine dari Malang, Anang Syaifudin dari Solo, dan Noorochmat Isdaryanto (UNNES).
Selain itu, Diklat juga menghadirkan Guru Besar UNNES sekaligus pendiri Padepokan Karakter Prof Dr Maman Rachman MSc yang menyampaikan materi terkait karakter dan kebangsaan.

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum membuka Diklat dengan menancapkan pisau dan kapak di kayu tempat latihan.
Prof Fathur menyampaikan, Diklat ini merupakan sejarah. Ini agak aneh, tapi dibalik keanehan tersebut terdapat nilai-nilai Pancasila dan aktivitas ketahanan nasional untuk tegaknya Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).

NIlai-nilai itu ada pada Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang terlatih dengan kemampuan khusus yang dimilikinya.

Seseorang yang menekuni cabang olahraga lempar ini bisa sukses jika memiliki beberapa hal diantaranya fokus, akurasi (ketepatan), dan kecepatan. Seseorang melempar ke suatu sasaran tanpa fokus maka lemparan itu bisa meleset dari sasaran yang sudah ditentukan.

“Sayangilah alam, jangan melempar makhluk hidup, lemparkanlah senyummu” ajak Prof Fathur.
