Unnes Juarai Lomba Tenis Se-Jateng

Tim tenis Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) meraih juara dalam Turnamen Tenis Beregu Piala Rektor Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed) Purwokerto, belum lama ini.

Mereka adalah Harlanu, Sartono Sahlan, Sugiyo, Nasuka, Prapto Nugroho, Andry Akhiruyanto, Sri Haryono, Ricko Irawan, Limpad, Wahyu Lestari dan Sesar Yuniarti.

Turnamen yang diikuti 14 tim dari berbagai instansi se-Jawa Tengah tersebut mempertandingkan kelompok eselon/eksekutif, ganda jumlah umur  100 tahun, ganda jumlah umur 90 tahun, ganda putri dan ganda prestasi.

Pada babak penyisihan pool atau grup tim tenis Unnes mengalahkan Pemkab Purbalingga dengan skor 4-1, kemudian mengalahkan Indonesia Power Banjarnegara 3-0 dan memastikan lolos ke fase 8 besar.

Pertandingan berikutnya di laga 8 besar Unnes mengalahkan tim tenis Pemkab Banyumas dengan skor 3-0, selanjutnya tim BMPD Banyumas pun dijinakkan Universitas Konservasi dengan skor 3-1 pada partai semifinal.

Partai puncak atau perebutan tempat pertama kembali mempertemukan Unnes dengan Pemkab Purbalingga. Pertandingan partai puncak berlangsung ketat sehingga dimainkan 5 partai dengan berkesudahan 3-2 untuk kemenangan tim Unnes.

Dari hasil tersebut, Unnes akhirnya merebut 2 gelar sekaligus, yaitu sebagai juara pertama dan meraih piala bergilir Rektor Unsoed. Tim tenis Pemkab Purbalingga harus puas diposisi II, sedang juara III diraih bersama oleh tim tenis Unsoed dan BMPD Banyumas.

    Alhamdulillahhhhhh saya ikut bangga sebagai atlet tennis bisa membawa nama Unnes menjadi juara 1 dalam lomba tennis se jateng baru2 ini di purwokerto,, semoga bisa dipertahankan prestasinya dan mendapat juara 1 kembali pada event2 tennis lainnya,, Salam Olahraga!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
