UNNES Jadi Mitra Consortium Partnership Agreement untuk Peningkatan Indonesian Higher Education Leadership

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) bersama dengan 10 Universitas lain di Indonesia dan Universitas luar negeri berhasil menjalin kemitraan dengan Consortium Partnership Agreement dalam rangka peningkatan kepemimpinan dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) pada Perguruan Tinggi yang diselenggarakan secara Daring, Rabu (20/1).

Berikut daftar mitra Consortium untuk Peningkatan Indonesian Higher Education Leadership (iHiLead):

University of Gloucestershire, Yayasan Pendidikan Universitas Presiden, Perkumpulan Pengelola Pendidikan Malangkucecwara, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Badan Wakaf University Islam Indonesia, Universitas Pajajaran, Universitas Negeri Semarang, Universitas Brawijaya, Directorate General of Higher Education, Mednarodna Fakulteta za Druzbene in Poslovne Studije Zavod, dan Universidad de Granada.

Kegiatan ini akan dimulai tanggal 15 januari 2021 dan akan berlangsung selama 3 tahun sampai tanggal 14 January 2024.

Seperti yang diketahui bahwa sektor Pendidikan Tinggi Indonesia sedang menghadapi perubahan yang signifikan dan diharapkan mampu menghadirkan kualitas pendidikan yang baik bagi SDM di Indonesia.

Oleh karenanya, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan praktik terbaik di universitas mitra UE dalam desain dan penyampaian kepemimpinan, Menciptakan jaringan kepemimpinan dan manajemen pendidikan tinggi dan fokus pada program terkait tentang tata kelola, perencanaan strategis dan manajemen.

Selain itu, melatih sivitas akademik perguruan tinggi Indonesia dalam penyampaian kepemimpinan dan manajemen kerangka pengembangan, jaringan, dan program, menciptakan infrastruktur untuk mendukung dan mempertahankan kepemimpinan baru dan pengembangan manajemen jaringan dan program, mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan dan pengembangan manajemen beserta jaringannya, menyebarluaskan kerangka kerja, jaringan dan program baru dan temuan, setelah diimplementasikan, untuk pendidikan tinggi di seluruh universitas Indonesia, UE, dan Internasional.

Kegiatan ini diketuai oleh David Dawson dari University of Gloucestershire, sedangkan UNNES sendiri diketuai oleh Dorojatun Prihandono, SE MM PhD dosen Fakultas Ekonomi (FE) UNNES.

Dalam kesempatan ini, Dorojatun menyatakan bahwa proyek ini akan mampu memantapkan peran serta UNNES dalam pengembangan pengelolaan perguruan tinggi dalam lingkup internasional.

“Hal ini sebagai bentuk perwujudan visi UNNES yaitu menjadi Universitas yang bereputasi internasional,” ucap Dorojatun Prihandono.

Semenetara itu, Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum mengapresiasi kegaiatan kemitraan dalam rangka peningkatan kepemimpinan dan pengembangan SDM pada Perguruan Tinggi. Ini semakin meneggguhkan semangat UNNES bereputasi internasional.

“Selamat kepada Fakultas Ekonomi yang membawa UNNES makin teguh menjadi universitas yang bereputasi internasional karena UNNES semakin mendunia,” pungkasnya.
