UNNES Ikuti CRISU dan CUPT

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mengirimkan delegasi untuk mengikuti  The 14th Council of Rector of Indonesian State University (CRISU) and the Council of University President of Thailand (CUPT) yang dilaksanakan di Udayana International Convention Center (UICC) Kampus Bukit Jimbaran, 24-26 Oktober 2019.

Rektor UNNES Prof Fathur Rokhman menyampaikan, UNNES menjadi bagian dari CRISU yang anggotanya terdiri dari 90 Rektor perguruan tinggi negeri seluruh Indonesia, sedangkan CUPT terdiri dari 12 rektor perguruan tinggi negeri asal Thailand.

“Konferensi internasional ini menjadi ajang pertemuan Rektor perguruan tinggi negeri Indonesia dan Thailand yang menjadi anggota CRISU dan CUPT.  Tema yang diangkat pada kegiatan ini ‘Higher Education in the Digital Era.’ Melalui konferensi ini diharapkan mampu mengembangkan lebih lanjut internasionalisasi pendidikan dan penelitian di Indonesia dan Thailand melalui bantuan teknologi digital seperti internet, dan kerjasama antar peneliti kedua Negara,” kata Prof Fathur

Lebih Lanjut Prof Fathur Rokhman memiliki harapan, melalui ruang ini setiap  anggota CRISU dan CUPT dapat berbagi visi, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi di kedua negara.

“Forum ini menjadi tempat membangun sinergi untuk meningkatkan reputasi internasionalisasi melalui kerjasama di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Berbagi ilmu pengetahuan  dan teknologi tepat guna,” ujar Prof Fathur Rokhman.

Forum CRISU-CUPT diikuti oleh 302 orang peserta yang terbagi menjadi empat forum, antara lain: (1) Scientific Conference dengan topik science and humanities in the era of digital technology, (2) Rector Forum dengan topik cooperation enforcement and organizational meeting, (3) Dean Forum dengan topik Program Implementation and Set Up Cooperation, (4) Students Forum dengan topik Students Activities and Networking.

Turut hadir sebagai delegasi dari UNNES, Wakil Rektor, Dekan Semua Fakultas, Staf Ahli Rektor, dan beberapa dosen.
