UNNES Gelar Sosialisasi Penomoran Ijazah dan Sertifikat Profesi Nasional

Dalam rangka memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai proses penomoran ijazah dan sertifikat profesi di tingkat nasional dan pembaruan regulasi, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) gelar Workshop Penomoran Ijazah Nasional (PIN) dan Sosialisasi Penomoran Ijazah dan Sertifikat Profesi Nasional pada Kamis, (29/8) secara luring dan daring melalui kanal UNNES TV. Kegiatan ini menghadirkan narasumber dari Direktorat Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan, Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, yaitu Fauzi M. Herlambang dan Dani Prima Kresnala.

Kegiatan dimulai dengan sambutan oleh Kepala Kantor Penjaminan Mutu UNNES, Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono, M.Pd. Dalam sambutannya, Prof Rudi Hartono menyampaikan pentingnya informasi terbaru mengenai penomoran ijazah, mengingat UNNES secara rutin menyelenggarakan yudisium dan wisuda bagi mahasiswa. Guru besar pada Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni ini juga menekankan bahwa selain ijazah, semua sertifikat yang dikeluarkan institusi harus diverifikasi penomorannya sesuai dengan regulasi baru.

Pada sesi utama, Fauzi M. Herlambang menjelaskan kebijakan terbaru mengenai penomoran ijazah dan sertifikat profesi nasional, merujuk pada Permendikbudristek Nomor 6 Tahun 2022.

“Penerbitan sertifikat profesi kini harus mematuhi ketentuan yang berlaku dan dikelola melalui sistem terintegrasi yang baru, yaitu PISN,” ungkap Fauzi.

Ia juga menambahkan bahwa PISN (Penomoran Ijazah dan Sertifikat Nasional) akan menjadi aplikasi kunci yang menggabungkan beberapa sistem informasi terkait penomoran ijazah yang telah ada sebelumnya.

Sementara itu, Dani Prima Kresnala memaparkan bahwa aplikasi PIN yang sudah berjalan selama lima tahun mengalami beberapa penyesuaian, terutama terkait implementasi peraturan baru.

“Dengan aplikasi PISN, seluruh proses penomoran ijazah dan sertifikat profesi akan semakin efisien dan terintegrasi. Kami harap semua perguruan tinggi segera beralih ke aplikasi baru ini,” ungkapnya.

Selain itu, Dani juga menjelaskan mekanisme untuk mendapatkan nomor ijazah dan sertifikat, termasuk langkah-langkah verifikasi data, pengajuan nomor, dan permohonan eksepsi.

Acara ini ditutup dengan sesi diskusi interaktif, di mana para peserta workshop yang berasal perwakilan fakultas dan koordinator program studi mendapatkan kesempatan untuk bertanya langsung kepada narasumber. Diskusi ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam memahami dan menerapkan proses penomoran ijazah serta sertifikat profesi.

Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan UNNES dapat semakin siap dalam mengelola penomoran ijazah dan sertifikat secara nasional sehingga lulusannya memperoleh legalitas yang sah dan diakui secara nasional.
