UNNES Gelar FGD Studi Kelayakan Pendirian Rumah Sakit dan Prodi Kedokteran

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) sedang mempersiapkan pendirian Rumah Sakit yang diberi nama Rumah Sakit UNNES (RS UNNES) dan Program Studi Kedokteran. Sebagai rangkaian persiapan dilakukan salah satunya Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan tema “Studi Kelayakan Pendirian RS UNNES” yang dilakukan secara luring terbatas dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat.

Hadir sebagai narasumber Prof Dr R Benny Riyanto SH MHum CN Direktur Jenderal Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI, dan Dr Anggito Abimanyu MSc Kepala Badan Pelaksana Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH), Rabu (15/9).

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan pendirian RS UNNES dan Prodi Kedokteran sangat penting dilakukan untuk mendukung pengembangan kapasitas UNNES.

“Pendirian RS UNNES dan Prodi Kedokteran merupakan target dari RPJP UNNES. Kedua hal ini diibaratkan seperti ayam dan telur yang sama-sama pentingnya untuk diakselerasi,” ujar Prof Fathur.

Selain itu, Prof Fathur menambahkan hadirnya RS UNNES akan membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat Semarang. Apalagi jumlah penduduk Kota Semarang setiap tahun yang terus mengalami kenaikan, rasio tempat tidur RS untuk setiap 1.000 penduduk masih rendah, dan kondisi ekonomi makro (PDRB & pertumbuhan ekonomi) mengalami peningkatan.

“Faktor ini juga yang menjadi bagian dalam pentingnya pendirian RS UNNES. Untuk itu mohon arahan dari narasumber Prof Dr R Benny Riyanto SH MHum CN Direktur Jenderal Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI, dan Dr Anggito Abimanyu MSc Kepala Badan Pelaksana Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH),” ujar Prof Fathur.

Prof Dr R Benny Riyanto SH MHum CN dalam arahannya mengatakan UNNES sangat potensial mendirikan Rumah Sakit.

“Rencana ini akan kami kawal sepenuhnya dan semoga rencana ini segera terealisasikan,” tutur Direktur Jenderal Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI.

Sementara itu, Dr Anggito Abimanyu MSc Kepala Badan Pelaksana Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) merespon baik persiapan pengembangan akselerasi UNNES seperti pendirian RS UNNES dan Prodi Kedokteran. Dr Anggito menambahkan perlu dilakukan kerja sama antara UNNES dan BPKH.

Ketua Badan Pengembang Bisnis UNNES Dr Amir Mahmud SPd MSi, memaparkan studi kelayakan pendirian rumah sakit UNNES.

“Pengembangan perlu dilakukan studi kelayakan pengembangan rumah sakit yang dikaji menggunakan aspek-aspek studi kelayakan khususnya aspek pasar, aspek hukum, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek teknik dan teknologi, dan aspek finansial. Hasil yang didapat dari kelima aspek yang dikaji menunjukkan pendirian rumah sakit UNNES layak dilakukan,” tuturnya.

Dr Amir Mahmud melanjutkan, nantinya lokasi RS UNNES akan dibangun di Jl. Kelud Raya Semarang.

“Tempat ini sangat strategis, akses sangat mudah, di tengah kota, area pemukiman, berdampingan dengan Hotel UNNES Training Centre (UTC),” imbuhnya.

Ia juga menyampaikan RS UNNES akan membuka layanan umum dan layanan unggulan sport medicine dan telemedicine dengan terget masyarakat umum dan pengguna BPJS, pungkasnya.
