Unnes Gandeng Pesantren Balekambang

Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) menggandeng Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang Nalumsari Jepara dalam pelaksaanan tridarma perguruan tinggi. Naskah kerja sama ditandatangani Rektor Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo dan KH M Ma’mun Abdullah ZA , di pondok pesantren itu, Jumat (8/4).

Penandatanganan dilakukan di sela-sela rapat koordinasi SMK pesantren se-Jawa Tengah di aula pesantren tersebut. Hadir dalam acara itu Direktur Pembinaaan SMK Kemdiknas Djoko Sutrisno, Wakil Bupati Jepara Ahmad Marzuki, dan Rektor Universitas Wahid Hasyim Noor Achmad.

“Kerja sama ini merupakan bagian dari perwujudan komitmen Unnes menggandeng dunia pesantren. Ini selaras juga dengan perhatian Pak Menteri (Mendiknas M Nuh –Red),” kata Prof Sudijono.

Kegiatan didahului penanaman pohon langka oleh Rektor, Wakil Bupati, Direktur PSMK, dan pimpinan pondok pesantren di MTs Roudlotul Mubtadiin. “Sekali lagi, pohon yang baru kami tanam ini bukan sekadar tanaman yang tertancap di tanah, melainkan pohon harapan. Salah satunya harapannya, sinergi antara dunia pondok dan perguruan tinggi terus terbina,” kata Rektor Unnes.

Lebih lanjut dikemukakan Rektor, dengan nota kesepahaman itu kedua pihak bisa saling mengisi dengan potensi masing-masih, baik dalam hal pengajaran, penelitian, maupun pengabdian pada masyarakat. “Tentu kami juga berharap, para santri juga bisa melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi seperti di universitas kami,” katanya.

Sebelumnya, menjelang Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN) Jalur Undangan, Unnes juga mengundang kalangan pesantren dalam sosialisasi.

Ahmad Syaifurrahman, yang juga siswa Jurusan Teknik Otomotif SMK Roudlotul Mubtadiin berharap kerja sama tersebut segera terwujud. “Bersama perguruan tinggi, saya harap pesanten kami bisa lebih maju lagi,” ungkap santri asal Mlonggo Jepara ini seraya mengatakan, teman-temannya di Jurusan ICT sejak tahun lalu telah mampu merakit laptop.

    sebelum anak2 balekambang digandeng Unnes kreatifitasnya dah baik dan bahkan kualitas dari perindividu dari santri2 Balekanbang dan Mahasiswa Unnes lebeh baik Balekambang.
