UNNES Gandeng FHCI BUMN Adakan Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat 2021

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) bekerja sama dengan Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) Kementerian BUMN membuka kesempatan kepada mahasiswa dalam Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) tahun 2021.

PMMB merupakan program yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengayaan wawasan dan keterampilan mahasiswa untuk mempersiapkan dan menciptakan SDM Indonesia Unggul terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan global melalui link and match kurikulum industri dan Perguruan Tinggi.

Melalui program ini, diharapkan terjadi link & match kurikulum antara perguruan tinggi dan sektor industri. Pihak perguruan tinggi jadi bisa update dengan kebutuhan industri. Materi perkuliahan juga bisa terus diupdate sejalan dengan perkembangan yang terjadi di industri.

Tentunya PMMB memiliki banyak manfaat untuk mahasiswa. Diantaranya yaitu pengalaman bekerja di BUMN dapat menjadi bekal yang berharga untukmenghadapi dunia industry yang sebenernya, jadi Anda dapat menerapkan ilmu yang sesuai bidangnya pada pekerjaan nyata. Selain itu, benefit yang dapat diperoleh yaitu sertifikat industry dan atau sertifikat kompetensi.

Perlu dicatat bahwa PMMB bukan Pre-Recruitment, namun data Anda yang sudah pernah magang di BUMN tersebut bisa menjadi nilai plus ketika Anda tertarik untuk melamar menjadi pegawai tetap tersebut.

Bagian Kerjasama BAKK UNNES bekerjasama dengan Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) membuka kesempatan kepada mahasiswa UNNES untuk dapat mengikuti Program Magang Mahasiswa Bersertifikat (PMMB) BUMN Batch II/2021.

Persyaratan umum

  1. Mahasiswa D2/D3/D4/S1/S2
  2. Laki-laki/Perempuan
  3. IPK Minimal 2.75
  4. Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani
  5. Tidak Menuntut untuk menjadi Pegawai Tetap (Non Pre-Recruitment)
  6. Bersedia Melaksanakan Kegiatan Magang di Perusahaan selama minimal 6 bulan

Persyaratan Khusus

  1. Memenuhi persyaratan yang dibutuhkan
  2. Disarankan Perguruan Tinggi
  3. Pakta Integritas (Surat Perjanjian Bersedia Magang Selama 6 Bulan) yang didapatkan melalui Perguruan Tinggi
  4. CV (Curriculum Vitae)
  5. Transkrip Nilai
  6. SKCK atau Surat Kelakuan Baik yang Dikeluarkan oleh Perguruan Tinggi (Dekan/WD 3 Fakultas
  7. SKTM (Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu) optional
  8. Minimal semester 7 (jenjang S1).
