UNNES Dorong Pengembangan Kepemudaan di Jepara

Tim Pengabdian Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mendorong optimalisasi peran dan peningkatan kapasitas kepemudaan di Jepara, Kamis (14/7).

Kegiatan bertajuk sharing session ini menghadirkan peserta dari pengurus dan anggota Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dan Ikatan Pelajar Putri Nahdlatul Ulama (IPPNU) se-kecamatan Batealit, Kabupaten Jepara.

Ketua Tim Pengabdian Tutik Wijayanti SPd MPd menjelaskan, kegiatan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengenali, dan menggali potensi pemuda agar mampu berperan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan di Kabupaten Jepara.

Dosen Jurusan Politik dan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) UNNES itu berharap, kegiatan bisa memberikan insight dan pengalaman baru kepada para peserta sehingga mampu berperan aktif dalam perkembangan sosial dan teknologi informasi di Indonesia untuk menghadapi tantangan perubahan zaman yang bergeser ke era society 5.0.

“Tentu, harapannya adik-adik bisa sharing dengan narasumber kita, dan belajar bersama untuk mendapatkan pengalaman-pengalaman baru memajukan Kabupaten Jepara,” ungkap Tutik Wijayanti MPd.

Optimalisasi peran pemuda menjadi bagian penting dari usaha memajukan Kabupaten Jepara. Hal ini berhubungan dengan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Kabupaten Jepara yang masih berada di angka 72,36.

“IPM Kabupaten Jepara saat ini memang meningkat dibanding tahun sebelumnya dan sudah di atas IPM-nya provinsi. Namun, saya percaya, teman-teman sebagai pemuda Jepara memiliki potensi besar yang harus terus digali agar mampu membawa Jepara menjadi lebih maju lagi,” harap Staf UPT Pusat Hubungan Masyarakat UNNES Dwi Hermawan SPd selaku narasumber kegiatan.

Generasi muda, imbuhnya, memegang peranan penting dalam kemajuan zaman, segala potensi yang dimiliki generasi muda, menjadi penentu bagaimana kualitas bangsa Indonesia di masa depan.

Selain Dwi Hermawan, hadir sebagai narasumber, pemuda sekaligus mahasiswa UNNES, Muhammad Andi Kurniawan.

Dalam paparannya, Andi menjelaskan pentingnya pemuda untuk menumbuhkan pola pikir berkembang atau growth mindset.

“Teman-teman, growth mindset memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan pola pikir. Growth mindset merupakan salah satu kunci bagi individu untuk meraih kesuksesan, sehingga memiliki growth mindset akan mendorong kita pada jalan untuk terus belajar dan bersikap produktif di setiap waktunya” ungkap Andi.

Pengembangan kepemudaan selalu menjadi isu menarik beberapa tahun ini. Pemuda dinilai memiliki kapasitas lebih dalam berperan bagi kemajuan bangasa. Sejalan dengan itu, UNNES selalu mendukung pengembangan dan peningkatan kapasitas mahasiswa selaku pemuda untuk siap berperan bagi pembangunan daerah. Dukungan ini ditunjukan melalui berbagai program UNNES seperti pelatihan kewirausahaan, seminar teknologi, dan lain sebagainya.
