UNNES Dipercaya Jadi Pelaksana Pemberian Vaksinasi Merdeka

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menjadi salah satu pelaksanaan vaksinasi merdeka serentak di kota Semarang. Pelaksanaan vaksinasi merdeka ini dipantau secara langsung oleh Presiden Joko Widodo secara daring yang terhubung di 98 titik sentra vaksinasi covid-19 yang tersebar di seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia, Rabu (22/09).

Dalam telekonfrensnya Presiden Jokowi menghimbau kepada seluruh petugas kesehatan untuk memaksimalkan ketersediaan vaksin.

“Mari kita distribusikan vaksin yang ada kepada seluruh masyarakat Indonesia terutama para mahasiswa demi percepatan penangan covid-19 di Indonesia dan menuju Indonesia yang kembali normal” tutur Presiden.

Hadir Kapolda Jawa Tengah Irjen Pol Drs Ahmad Luthfi SH SST MK bersama dengan Pangdam IV/Diponegoro Mayjen TNI Rudianto didampingi Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan UNNES Dr Abdurrahman MPd untuk meninjau secara langsung pelaksanaan Vaksinasi Merdeka Serentak di Auditorium Gedung Prof Wuryanto UNNES.

Dalam kunjungan tersebut Kapolda menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan Vaksinasi Merdeka Serentak ini merupakan bentuk sinergi Polri bersama Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) dan Organisasi Kemasyarakatan dan Pemuda (OKP).

“Marilah bersama-sama kita tuntaskan virus Covid-19 ini. Maka dengan saling percaya dan bersinergi adalah salah satu cara untuk membantu Indonesia bangkit melawan Pandemi,” jelas Kapolda Jateng.

Sementara, Ketua Tim Satgas Covid-19 UNNES Dr Yuni Wijayanti Mkes menyebutkan, sentra vaksinasi UNNES, telah menyiapkan sekitar 50 tenaga kesehatan untuk mendistribusikan sebanyak 1500 dosis vaksin berjenis sinovac kepada mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum.

Selain itu, Dr Yuni Kegiatan vaksinasi merdeka di UNNES akan berlangsung selama 3 hari mulai tanggal 21 hingga 23 September 2021 yang dilaksanakan mulai pukul 08.00 hingga pukul 12.00 WIB.
