Hingga saat ini CCU punya dua belas college, antara lain College of Liberal Arts, College of Foreign Languages, College of Science, College of Law, College of Social Sciences, College of Agriculture, College of Engineering, College of Business Administration, College of Journalism and Mass Communications, College of Arts, College of Environmental Design, dan College of Education.
