UNNES dan BPIP Eratkan Kerja Sama, Dorong Penguatan Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melalui Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LPPP) menggelar workshop bertema “Transformasi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan: Strategi Internalisasi Nilai Pancasila bagi Generasi Emas Indonesia 2045” di Ruang 405 Rektorat UNNES, Semarang, Jumat (19/9/2025). Kegiatan ini melibatkan Forum Dosen PPKn UNNES yang diarahkan untuk memperkuat praktik pembelajaran Pancasila yang relevan dengan kebutuhan.

Sebelumnya UNNES dan Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) Republik Indonesia sejak lama menjalin kolaborasi berkelanjutan untuk membumikan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Program utamanya mencakup pengembangan KKN Tematik Kampung Pancasila, penyusunan rekomendasi strategis aktualisasi demokrasi Pancasila, serta kehadiran narasumber pada berbagai forum pembinaan ideologi. Sinergi ini menempatkan mahasiswa sebagai motor penggerak di tingkat kampus hingga desa, sekaligus memperkuat landasan akademik dan praktik nilai Pancasila di masyarakat.

Kepala BPIP RI Prof. Drs. KH. Yudian Wahyudi, MA., Ph.D. menegaskan mandat regulasi Peraturan Pemerintah No. 4 Tahun 2022, dimana Pendidikan Pancasila sebagai kurikulum wajib dari dasar hingga perguruan tinggi, serta urgensi penguatan karakter kebangsaan di tengah disrupsi teknologi dan tantangan sosial.

“Pendidikan tinggi tidak cukup hanya membekali keterampilan teknis dan pengetahuan akademik, tapi harus menanamkan daya tahan etis dan jati diri kebangsaan berakar pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. Mahasiswa perlu mampu memahami masalah sosial, merancang aksi nyata, melakukan audit etis atas kesenjangan nilai-kenyataan, hingga melahirkan karya kreatif yang menunjukkan penerapan Pancasila,” tegasnya.

Dirinya juga menambahkan urgensi pembaruan pembelajaran kewarganegaraan di tengah perubahan teknologi dan budaya digital.

“Sekarang era serba digital, jadi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan harus ikut berkembang. Mulai materi, cara mengajar, dan teladan perlu hadir bukan hanya di kelas, tetapi juga di ruang digital yang setiap hari digunakan dalam bermasyarakat. Dengan menanamkan nilai Pancasila yang jujur, gotong royong, dan menghargai perbedaan, kita pastinya membentuk generasi yang cerdas dan berkarakter,” tambahnya.

Sementara itu, Rektor UNNES Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si. melalui Wakil Rektor III Prof. Dr. Ngabiyanto, M.Si. mengatakan bahwa workshop ini menjadi langkah untuk memperkuat sinergi UNNES dan BPIP dalam membumikan nilai pancasila.

“UNNES menyambut hangat kehadiran Kepala BPIP RI sebagai bentuk silaturahmi dan penguatan kerja sama. Workshop ini menjadi langkah bersama untuk menghadirkan Pendidikan Pancasila yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Komitmen itu sudah kami jalankan melalui KKN Tematik Kampung Pancasila, dan akan terus kami perkuat di kampus dan masyarakat,” pungkasnya.

Workshop ini mencakup dua agenda utama yang diantaranya, Penguatan Ideologi Pancasila bagi Dosen Pengampu MKU Pendidikan Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, yang menekankan pemutakhiran substansi dan pedagogi melalui studi kasus kontekstual, etika bermedia, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mudah diterapkan. Kedua, Diskusi dan Sharing Kebijakan Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) Republik Indonesia terkait Pendidikan Pancasila, yang memaparkan arah kebijakan, standar materi, contoh praktik baik di perguruan tinggi, serta integrasi nilai Pancasila dalam kurikulum dan asesmen sikap.
