UNNES dan 6 Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia Ikuti Kegiatan Training di University of Granada Spanyol

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) bersama enam Perguruan Tinggi dari Indonesia lain serta tiga universitas di Eropa mengikuti kegiatan “Indonesian Partners Staff Training Workshop” di University of Granada, Spanyol.

Mereka mengikuti kegiatan dari 26-30 September 2022. Kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari hibah Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education (CBHE) dengan nama program Indonesian Higher Education Leadership (iHiLEAD).

Selain Unnes, enam kampus dari Indonesia yang mengikuti kegiatan ini antara lain Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) Yogyakarta, Universitas Brawijaya (UB), Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), Universitas Padjajaran (UNPAD), Universitas Presiden, dan STIE Malangkucewara.

Adapun tiga kampus dari Eropa yaitu University of Gloucestershire di United Kingdom, International School for Social and Business Studies di Slovenia, dan University of Granada di Spanyol.

Kegiatan ini juga dihadiri oleh Plt Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Prof Tjitjik Sri Tjahjandarie.

Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan di University of Granada merupakan bagian dari rangkaian program pengembangan kepemimpinan yang sudah diselenggarakan sejak 2021.

Kegiatan itu berfokus pada laporan perkembangan dari masing-masing peserta program kepemimpinan, serta membahas mengenai kelanjutan program ini di fase selanjutnya.

Program yang dimaksud akan diselenggarakan di Malang pada Desember yang juga menjadi akhir dari program pilot di tahun ini.

Selain itu, kegiatan tersebut juga membahas keberlanjutan dari asosiasi Pemimpin (Perkumpulan Pengelola Kepemimpinan Perguruan Tinggi) yang terdiri dari universitas anggota konsorsium penerima hibah Erasmus+.

Asosiasi ini nantinya akan menaungi program kepemimpinan yang sudah dikembangkan oleh konsorsium program iHiLEAD.

Program kepemimpinan ini pada akhirnya bisa diimplementasikan ke seluruh universitas di Indonesia sebagai media untuk pengembangan kapasitas pimpinan di perguruan tinggi.
