UNNES Buka Tiga Jalur Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru 2023

Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNMPB) 2023 telah dimulai, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) membuka tiga jalur penerimaan tahun ini.

Tiga jalur itu yakni Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi (SNBP), Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes (SNBT), dan Seleksi Mandiri UNNES.

UNNES juga telah mengumumkan kuota penerimaan mahasiswa baru tahun ini. Sebagai perguruan tinggi negeri badan hukum (PTN-BH), UNNES menyediakan kuota 20% atau sebanyak 2.214 mahasiswa pada jalur SNBP, sedangkan untuk SNBT sebanyak 30% atau 3.333 mahasiswa baru, dan Seleksi Mandiri UNNES menyediakan kuota 50% atau sebanyak 5.603 mahasiswa.

“Itu artinya tahun ini UNNES akan menerima sebanyak 11.150 mahasiswa baru yang terbagi dalam tiga jalur SNBP, SNBT, dan Seleksi Mandiri UNNES,” kata Rektor UNNES Prof Dr S Martono MSi.

Rektor UNNES menyampaikan terkait kecemasan masyarakat tentang biaya kuliah di PTN-BH, UNNES menegaskan akan tetap memberikan afirmasi yang lebih besar kepada mahasiswa yang kurang mampu secara ekonomi.

“UNNES harus menjaga komitmen bahwa UNNES merupakan PTN-BH yang harus tetap memberi peluang pada mahasiswa dari kalangan ekonomi lemah melalui beasiswa dan program di UNNES dan kami tegaskan tidak ada kenaikan biaya kuliah di UNNES. Kita akan memanfaatkan asset yang ada tanpa menaikan biaya kuliah mahasiswa,” tegasnya.

Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Prof Dr Zaenuri SE MSi Akt menyampaikan pelaksanaan jalur SNBP tahun 2023 akan dibuka pada tanggal 14 – 28 Februari 2023, sedangkan jalur SNBT 2023 terjadwal dibuka tanggal 23 Maret – 14 April 2023, dan jalur Seleksi Mandiri UNNES 2023 akan dibuka secepatnya.

Adapun terkait minat dan bakat yang bisa diambil siswa, dia menjelaskan di UNNES terdapat delapan fakultas dan satu program pascasarjana.

“Ada 72 program studi dengan keilmuan yang beragam. Ada keolahragaan, seni, kependidikan, bahasa, sosial, hukum, teknik dan sebagainya. Kami yakin UNNES bisa menjadi tempat untuk meningkatkan bakat dan minat yang dimiliki calon mahasiswa,” tuturnya.
