UNNES Bersama ANRI Tingkatan Kompetensi Arsiparis Melalui Menulis Karya Ilmiah


Banyak yang beranggapan bahwa profesi arsiparis hanya bisa menata arsip saja di depot arsip. Padahal, dalam kinerja arsiparis itu tidak cukup menata arsip. Tetapi juga, menyampaikan informasi kearsipan melalui menulis, salah satunya menulis karya ilmiah di jurnal nasional.

Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) dan Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melakukan kerjasama dalam hal karya ilmiah bagi arsiparis. Kedua lembaga tersebut melakukan kegiatan workshop daring dengan tema “Strategi Publikasi Ilmiah Kearsipan Menembus Jurnal Nasional”. Acara dilakukan pada Kamis (3/4) dengan 150 arsiparis dari arsiparis di Kementerian dan Perguruan Tinggi.

Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut adalah Deputi Informasi dan Pengembangan Sistem Kearsipan ANRI Dr Andi Kasman SE MM,  Kepala Pusat Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Sistem Kearsipan ANRI Drs Hilman Rosmana MHum, Koordinator Bidang Dinamis ANRI Dra Prihatni Wuryatmini MHum dan Koordinator Bidang Statis ANRI Dra Endang Radiyani MHum. Adapun yang hadir dari pihak UNNES adalah Wakil Rektor bidang Umum dan Keuangan, Dr  S Martono MSi.

Ada dua narasumber dalam workshop tersebut yaitu Agung Kuswantoro  SPd MPd yang menjabat sebagai Kepala UPT Kearsipan UNNES dan Dr Dhanang Respati Puguh MHum yang menjabat sebagai Ketua Departemen Sejarah UNDIP.

Agung Kuswantoro,  mengatakan bahwa arsiparis hendaknya menuliskan dari pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan. Banyak yang “digali” dari seorang arsiparis. Misal, pengelolaan arsip dinamis, pengelolaan arsip statis, penanganan surat-masuk, proses perawatan arsip, proses penyusunan arsip, dan hal lainnya yang berkaitan dengan arsip.

“Kelebihan arsiparis adalah “kuat” dari segi praktek. Untuk melengkapi kelemahan diri seorang arsiparis, bisa dilakukan kerjasama dengan dosen dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah. Dosen “kuat” dalam segi teori kearsipan, sedangkan arsiparis “kuat” dalam segi praktek kearsipan. “Perkawinan” kedua profesi ini bisa menghasilkan artikel ilmiah yang berbobot”, ujar Agung Kuswantoro.

Dr Dhanang Respati Puguh MHum memaparkan manajemen jurnal. Pengelolaan jurnal yang bertema kearsipan harus dipahami dulu kaidah selingkungnya. Pengelola jurnal harus memberikan keyakinan kepada penulis mengenai artikel yang telah dikirimnya untuk diberikan suatu penghargaan. Dibaca, direview, dan dipublish adalah salah satu bentuk apresiasi pengelola jurnal.

Usai acara dan tanya jawab usai dilanjutkan dengan selayang pandang jurnal arsip yang dikelola oleh ANRI.

Harapan dari workshop ini adalah peserta dapat menuliskan pemikiran dan hasil penelitian tentang kearsipan lalu dikirim sebuah jurnal nasional.

Peserta sangat antusias sekali. Hal ini dilihat banyaknya pertanyaan yang bersifat praktek, pemikiran, konsep, dan strategi agar suatu artikel bisa tembus ke jurnal nasional.
