Rektor UNNES Sebarkan Semangat Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh di Unimus

Konsep Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh yang diformulasikan Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum diminati oleh masyarakat perguruan tinggi. Semangat itu dinilai relevan untuk menumbuhkan kapasitas kepemimpinan perguruan tinggi untuk menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Untuk ke sekian kalinya, konsep itu ditebarkan melalui kagiatan pelatihan sehari (one day training). Selasa (11/4) konsep itu dilatihan kepada pejabat struktural Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (Unimus).

Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh adalah satu set prinsip kepemimpinan yang berpusat pada pengembangan kualitas pemimpin dan orang-orang di sekitarnya. Prinsip kepemimpinan ini direfleksikan berdasarkan sejumlah literatur kepemimpinan dan pengalaman pribadi Prof Fathur membesarkan UNNES.

Pelatihan ini dikemas dengan format yang sangat menarik. Diawali dengan presentasi Prof Fathur tentang strategi dan prinsip kepemimpinan bertumbuh dilanjutkan dengan fasilitasi dan diskusi pembuatan visi, misi, tujuan dan roadmap universitas. Fasilitasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik menuangkan kepemimpinan bertumbuh dalam usaha membangun reputasi universitas.

Rektor Unimus, Prof Dr Masrukhi MPd sebagai salah satu peserta one day training menyatakan kepuasannya terkait penyelenggaraan pelatihan ini. Pelatihan ini memberikan dimensi baru baginya untuk melihat kembali visi universitasnya melalui sudut pandang yang berbeda.

“Kami menargetkan, tahun 2019 Unimus meraih akreditasi institusi A. Oleh karena itu, kapasitas kepemimpinan harus terus dibangun. Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh menawarkan cara pandang sekaligus kiat baru dalam menumbuhkan dan memperkuat kepemimpinan di organisasi,” katanya.

    Unnes terus berkembang menuju kejayaan dan menebarkan kebermaknaan dengan memberikan inspirasi pada perguruan tinggi lain.
