Tim PPK Ormawa Himpunan Mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melaksanakan pembukaan Sekolah Perempuan Teras Harmoni yang berlokasi di SD Negeri 03 Ketapang, Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Semarang. Sekolah Perempuan Teras Harmoni didirikan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga terpadu melalui model ecological mental health.

Program Peningkatan Kapasitas Organisasi Mahasiswa (PPK Ormawa) adalah program yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas organisasi mahasiswa melalui serangkaian proses pembinaan oleh Perguruan Tinggi, yang diimplementasikan dalam program pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Desa Ketapang yang terletak di Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Semarang, adalah desa yang aktif dan berkembang dengan masyarakat yang beragam dan dinamis. Desa ini dipilih sebagai lokasi program karena banyaknya perempuan usia produktif yang mencapai 1.717 individu, yang berperan aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial.

Tim PPK Ormawa Hima BK Unnes sendiri memiliki 5 materi program yang diantaranya adalah Peningkatan Peran Perempuan dalam Keluarga dan Masyarakat, Peningkatan Kesehatan Mental, Peningkatan Pendidikan, Peningkatan Perekonomian, dan Keberlanjutan Program. Sekolah Perempuan Teras Harmoni ini memiliki tujuan umum dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga terpadu melalui model ecological mental health, yang kedepannya dapat memberikan kesadaran dan keterampilan pada perempuan Desa Ketapang terhadap peran dan kedudukan perempuan dalam menjaga kesejahteraan mental, pendidikan dan perekonomian keluarga maupun desa.

Siti Qomariyah, seorang warga dari Dusun Sarimulyo, mengungkapkan kegembiraannya atas acara ini,

“Acaranya sudah bagus, Mba, saya merasa senang bisa ikut dalam pembukaan acara tersebut. MC kemarin juga saya akui bagus pembawaannya. Semua bekerja sama dengan baik. Semoga acaranya membawa dampak positif bagi warga kami.” ungkap Siti.

Tim PPK Ormawa HIMA BK UNNES terdiri dari 15 mahasiswa yang berasal dari berbagai program studi, yaitu 12 mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling, 1 mahasiswa Pendidikan Luar Sekolah, 1 mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan, dan 1 mahasiswa Manajemen. Tim ini memiliki lima materi program utama yang mencakup Peningkatan Peran Perempuan dalam Keluarga dan Masyarakat, Peningkatan Kesehatan Mental, Peningkatan Pendidikan, Peningkatan Perekonomian, dan Keberlanjutan Program.

Mereka dibimbing dan diarahkan oleh dosen pembina HIMA BK UNNES, Ibu Edwindha Prafitra Nugraheni, S.Pd., M.Pd. Kons., serta pembimbing PPK Ormawa HIMA BK UNNES, Achmad Miftachul ‘Ilmi, S.Pd., M.Pd.

Dengan berlangsungnya program ini, diharapkan perempuan di Desa Ketapang dapat semakin berdaya dan mampu memberikan kontribusi lebih besar dalam keluarga dan masyarakat.
