Tingkatkan Kesehatan dan Kebersamaan, FIK UNNES Gelar “FIK Bugar dan Bahagia”

Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan (FIK) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan kegiatan bertajuk “FIK Bugar dan Bahagia” pada Rabu, 13 Agustus 2025. Kegiatan ini diikuti lebih dari 50 dosen dan tenaga kependidikan untuk membangun budaya hidup sehat dan mempererat solidaritas di lingkungan kampus.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi civitas akademika saat ini adalah meningkatnya risiko penyakit akibat pola hidup, tingginya beban kerja, serta kurangnya waktu untuk berolahraga secara teratur. Situasi tersebut berdampak pada menurunnya kebugaran jasmani dan berpotensi mengurangi produktivitas kerja maupun kualitas interaksi sosial di lingkungan fakultas.

Sebagai respon atas permasalahan tersebut, FIK UNNES menghadirkan program “FIK Bugar dan Bahagia” yang dirancang sebagai wadah untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik sekaligus memperkuat kebersamaan. Kegiatan berlangsung di Laboratorium Olahraga Prof. Kamiso FIK UNNES mulai pukul 07.00 WIB, dan dibuka secara resmi oleh Dekan FIK UNNES, Dr. Taufiq Hidayah, M.Kes.

Dalam sambutannya, Dr. Taufiq menegaskan pentingnya menjaga kebugaran jasmani serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, menyenangkan, dan produktif.

“Melalui kegiatan ini, kita tidak hanya berolahraga bersama, tetapi juga menumbuhkan semangat kebersamaan. FIK ingin menegaskan bahwa menjaga kebugaran adalah investasi jangka panjang bagi kesehatan dan kebahagiaan kita semua,” ungkapnya.

Rangkaian acara meliputi senam bersama, tes kebugaran, permainan olahraga ringan, serta sesi motivasi kebugaran yang dikemas secara interaktif dan menyenangkan. Peserta tampak antusias mengikuti setiap sesi, yang tidak hanya menyehatkan tubuh tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan sosial antar pegawai. Kegiatan ini selaras dengan komitmen UNNES dalam mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being.

Dampak nyata yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran sivitas akademika mengenai pentingnya olahraga teratur, terciptanya suasana kerja yang lebih harmonis, serta terbangunnya budaya hidup sehat di kalangan dosen dan tenaga kependidikan. Kebugaran yang baik juga diyakini dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja serta kebahagiaan individu, yang pada akhirnya mendukung produktivitas fakultas.

Aspek keberlanjutan dari program “FIK Bugar dan Bahagia” diwujudkan melalui rencana pelaksanaan rutin setiap semester. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak berhenti pada satu kali acara, melainkan terus menjadi gerakan kolektif yang menguatkan budaya sehat, bahagia, dan harmonis di lingkungan FIK UNNES.
