Tingkatkan Kapasitas Pendidik, LPPP UNNES Selenggarakan Pelatihan PEKERTI bagi Dosen

Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LPPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali menunjukkan komitmennya dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pendidik melalui Pelatihan Program Peningkatan Keterampilan Dasar Teknik Instruksional (PEKERTI). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 7-11 Juli 2025 dan diikuti oleh 40 dosen muda dari berbagai fakultas di lingkungan UNNES.

Pelatihan PEKERTI adalah program pelatihan bagi dosen, khususnya dosen pemula, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pedagogis dalam mengajar. Pelatihan ini membekali dosen dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran.

Pelatihan ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi kebijakan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi serta mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals), khususnya SDG 4: Pendidikan Berkualitas, yang mendorong peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik pada semua jenjang pendidikan.

Selama lima hari, para peserta dibekali dengan berbagai materi penting terkait keterampilan instruksional, antara lain: Visioner Kepemimpinan di Era Disrupsi Digital, Strategi Peningkatan Kualitas Perguruan Tinggi, Pendidikan sebagai Sistem, Taksonomi Tujuan Instruksional dan Desain Instruksional, Model Pembelajaran Inovatif dan Media Pembelajaran.

Selain itu juga diberikan materi Teori Belajar dan Motivasi, Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar dan Komunikasi Efektif, Case Method dan Team-Based Project Learning, Pembelajaran Orang Dewasa, Penilaian dan Perangkat Pembelajaran, Peer Teaching dan Real Teaching. Materi-materi tersebut bertujuan untuk memperkuat peran dosen sebagai agen perubahan dalam pendidikan tinggi yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berbasis inovasi.

Ketua LPPP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Rodiyah, S.Pd., S.H., M.Si., menyampaikan bahwa pelatihan PEKERTI menjadi instrumen penting dalam mencetak dosen berkualitas dan berintegritas.

“Dengan pelatihan ini, kami ingin memastikan bahwa dosen UNNES mampu mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip pedagogi modern dalam proses pembelajaran yang mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan,” jelasnya.

Kegiatan ini juga selaras dengan misi UNNES sebagai universitas konservasi yang berwawasan global, serta memperkuat posisi institusi dalam menyediakan pendidikan tinggi yang bermutu, setara, dan berdaya saing internasional.
