Tim PKM-PM UNNES Sukses Bawa Pulang Dua Medali Perak dari PIMNAS 38

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali mencetak prestasi nasional melalui ajang Pekan Ilmiah Mahasiswa Nasional (PIMNAS) ke-38 yang digelar di Universitas Hasanuddin pada 23–28 November 2025. Pada kompetisi bergengsi ini, Tim UNNES meraih dua medali perak dari kategori Presentasi dan Poster untuk skema PKM-PM (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa – Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat). Selain itu, UNNES juga berhasil masuk dalam 10 Besar Peringkat PIMNAS 38 memperkuat posisinya sebagai kampus yang unggul dalam kreativitas mahasiswa.

Prestasi tersebut diraih melalui program berjudul “Wening Ati: Penguatan Welas Asih Diri Guna Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup Lansia di Rumah Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia (RPSLU) Wening Wardoyo Semarang melalui Pendekatan Mindfulness.” Program PKM-PM ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia melalui pendekatan mindfulness yang menekankan pengembangan welas asih diri (self-compassion) sebagai fondasi kesehatan psikologis.

Pelaksanaan program dipimpin oleh Pradana Satriya Utomo dari Prodi Psikologi 2024. Ia bersama tim yang terdiri atas Disrun Aji Prabowo (Teknologi Pendidikan 2024), Walda Mu’tia Sari (PGSD 2024), Sandya Sarira Ayu (Psikologi 2022), dan Muhammad Wafi Bahauddin Aiz (Psikologi 2024) menjalankan serangkaian kegiatan pemberdayaan bagi lansia di RPSLU Wening Wardoyo. Program ini didampingi oleh Yogi Saraswati, S.Psi., M.Si. dari Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) yang turut membimbing tim dalam penyusunan konsep hingga pelaksanaan.

Program Wening Ati memberikan pelatihan mindfulness kepada lansia melalui sesi meditasi, refleksi diri, dan penguatan kesadaran diri yang terstruktur. Pendekatan ini membantu lansia mengenali, menerima, dan mengelola kondisi emosional mereka sehingga tercipta suasana batin yang lebih tenang dan sejahtera. Inovasi ini menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendorong keberhasilan tim dalam meraih medali perak pada dua kategori sekaligus.

Keberhasilan UNNES di PIMNAS 38 tidak terlepas dari dukungan ekosistem pembinaan karya ilmiah kampus. Pembinaan melibatkan Kepala Seksi Pengembangan Kemahasiswaan Yozi Aulia Rahman, S.E., M.Sc, Ketua Pembina Karya Ilmiah UNNES Prof. Dr. Wara Dyah Pita Rengga, S.T., M.T., Wakil Ketua Dr. Andi Irwan Benardi, M.Pd, serta seluruh tim Pembina Karya Ilmiah UNNES yang mendampingi mahasiswa sejak persiapan proposal hingga presentasi final di tingkat nasional.

Dengan pencapaian tersebut, UNNES berharap prestasi ini dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi mahasiswa lain untuk terus berinovasi dan berkontribusi pada masyarakat melalui Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa. Keikutsertaan UNNES dalam 10 besar PIMNAS 38 juga menjadi bukti konsistensi kampus dalam mendorong karya ilmiah yang berdampak dan relevan bagi masyarakat. (Ananda Fathiyyah Utami)
