Guna meningkatkan meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga pendidik dalam menyusun kurikulum operasional yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan standar pendidikan madrasah terkini, Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menggelar Pelatihan dengan tema “Peningkatan Kapabilitas Sekolah dan Madrasah Binaan Yayasan Pendidikan Firrochman Kabupaten Grobogan melalui Pelatihan Penyusunan Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP)” pada hari Rabu, (7/8).

Acara ini dihadiri oleh 20 peserta yang berasal dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan, termasuk RA, PAUD, MI, MTs, dan SMK di bawah yayasan pendidikan Firrochman. Para peserta mendapatkan wawasan dan keterampilan praktis yang diharapkan dapat diterapkan di sekolah masing-masing untuk mendukung pengembangan kualitas pendidikan di Kabupaten Grobogan.

Niam Wahzudik S.Pd, dosen Teknologi Pendidikan, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi UNNES memberikan materi mengenai strategi penyusunan KOSP yang efektif sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan standar pendidikan madrasah saat ini. Paparan ini disambut baik oleh para guru, kepala sekolah, dan semua peserta yang terlibat. Antusiasme juga datang dari peserta sepanjang pelatihan berlangsung, yang menunjukkan komitmen tinggi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Yayasan Pendidikan Firrochman sendiri berkomitmen untuk terus mendukung program-program peningkatan kapasitas seperti ini sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Kabupaten Grobogan.

Tim pengabdian UNNES terdiri dari Niam Wahzudik S.Pd., M.Pd, Basuki Sulistio S.Pd., M.Pd, Edi Subkhan S.Pd., M.Pd, Tri Astuti M.Pd, Eko Djoko Pitoyo, Viona Santika, serta Arvina Sholawati.

Dengan berakhirnya pelatihan ini, diharapkan para peserta dapat mengimplementasikan ilmu serta keterampilan yang telah diperoleh untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dan madrasah masing-masing, khususnya di Kabupaten Grobogan.
