Tim Monev ULT Kemendikbud Ristek Kunjungi ULT UNNES

Universitas Negeri Semarang menerima kunjungan Tim Monitoring dan Evaluasi Pengelolaan ULT di Era Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru dari Tim ULT Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (Ditjen Dikti) Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi, Jumat (19/11).

Tim terdiri dari Nani Haryani Pengelola Pengaduan Publik, dan Sigit Supriyadi Pranata Humas Ahli Madya yang di dampingi Kepala UPT Humas UNNES Muhammad Burhanudin SS Ma dan Koordinator ULT UNNES Alfath Yanuarto SKom serta tim ULT UNNES.

Nani Haryani menyampaikan kunjungan Tim Monev Kemdikbud Ristek ini merupakan bagian dari agenda Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) Unit Layanan Terpadu (ULT) di era adaptasi kebiasaan baru serta dalam rangka Pembinaan kinerja Unit Penyelenggara Pelayanan Publik di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi.

Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Kepala UPT Humas UNNES menyambut baik kedatangan tim monitoring dan memberikan penjelasan terkait pelayanan pada bagian ULT UNNES.

Burhanudin menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan kinerja ULT UNNES didominasi oleh layanan akademik hingga saat ini berjalan dengan sangat baik dan cepat. Mengingat keberadaan ULT UNNES memudahkan pengurusan berbagai hal, baik untuk civitas akademika UNNES maupun masyarakat umum.

Sementara, Koordinator ULT UNNES Alfath Yanuarto menyampaikan terkait kondisi pandemi yang belum juga berakhir, ULT UNNES tetap melaksanakan pelayanan namun dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Selain itu perlindungan pada bagian pelayanan juga diatur sedemikian rupa sehingga mencegah terjadinya penyebaran Covid-19 di lingkungan UNNES.

“Kami berharap akan ada masukan-masukan untuk kebaikan dan kemajuan layanan yang sudah kami lakukan di ULT UNNES. Layanan ULT akan terus kita tingkatkan, agar masyarakat dan stakeholder merasa nyaman dan semua layanan dapat kita laksanakan secara efektif dan maksimal,” jelasnya.
