Tim FIPP UNNES Perkuat Kompetensi Guru SD Sambirejo, Wujudkan Pembelajaran Inklusif

Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesiapan guru sekolah dasar dalam menghadapi kelas inklusif. Kegiatan ini digelar di Desa Sambirejo, Kecamatan Bringin, Kabupaten Semarang, Rabu (23/7).

Dengan mengusung tema “Penguatan Kompetensi Guru Sekolah Dasar dalam Mengimplementasikan Pembelajaran Adaptif untuk Kelas Inklusif”, kegiatan diikuti sekitar 20 guru dari SDN Sambirejo 01 dan SDN Sambirejo 02. Program ini bertujuan membekali pendidik dengan pengetahuan dan strategi praktis agar mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang ramah dan adaptif bagi semua siswa.

Yogi Swaraswati, S.Psi., M.Si., selaku ketua tim pengabdian, menegaskan bahwa peran guru sangat sentral dalam mewujudkan pendidikan inklusif.

“Guru yang kompeten dalam pembelajaran adaptif akan mampu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih inklusif, memastikan semua siswa, termasuk yang berkebutuhan khusus, mendapatkan kesempatan belajar yang setara,” ujarnya.

Kegiatan ini disambut antusias oleh para peserta. Seorang guru mengungkapkan manfaat yang dirasakan secara langsung.

“Kami merasa sangat terbantu. Selama ini, informasi tentang cara mengajar anak berkebutuhan khusus masih sangat terbatas, apalagi di desa. Kami butuh lebih banyak pelatihan seperti ini agar bisa lebih percaya diri dalam menghadapi berbagai keberagaman di kelas,” tuturnya.

Dalam penyampaian materi, Aftina Nurul Husna, S.Psi., M.A., menekankan urgensi pendidikan inklusif.
“Pendidikan Inklusi sangat dibutuhkan bagi anak-anak Indonesia dengan kebutuhan khusus. Pendidikan Inklusi tidak hanya bertujuan mewujudkan keadilan sosial, tetapi menegaskan keyakinan bahwa perbedaan dan keragaman di antara manusia bukanlah hambatan, melainkan peluang untuk belajar bersama,” jelas Aftina.

Pemahaman tersebut diperkuat melalui sesi keterampilan asesmen sederhana bagi siswa yang disampaikan oleh Liftiah, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psikolog, serta strategi pembelajaran adaptif dan pengelolaan kelas oleh Miftahun Najah, S.Psi., M.A.

Program pengabdian ini sekaligus menjadi bentuk nyata komitmen FIPP UNNES dalam mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) nomor 4: Pendidikan Berkualitas. Dengan meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam mengelola keberagaman siswa, UNNES berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan pendidikan dasar yang inklusif, berkeadilan, dan berkelanjutan.

Kegiatan yang didanai penuh oleh FIPP UNNES ini juga memperkuat sinergi antara kampus dan masyarakat, sekaligus menunjukkan kontribusi UNNES dalam membangun pendidikan transformatif dari tingkat desa.
