Tiga Dosen UNNES Selesaikan Short Course di Finlandia

Sebanyak tiga dosen Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) dari 24 delegasi yang dikirim oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) telah berhasil menyelesaikan short course dalam rangka benchmarking Pengelolaan Pendidikan dan Tata Kelola Pendidikan Guru di Finlandia.

Ketiga dosen UNNES tersebut adalah Prof Dr Zaenuri MSi Akt (Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik), Dr Agus Yuwono, MSi MPd (Dosen FBS), dan Prof Dr Muhammad Khafid MSi (Dosen FE). Tim delegasi Kemendikbudristek yang dipimpin langsung oleh Direktur Pendidikan Profesi Guru, Temu Ismail terdiri atas delegasi dari Universitas Negeri Semarang, Universitas Negeri Padang, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Universitas Negeri Malang, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Universitas Negeri Makasar, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, dan Tim dari Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kemendikbudristek.

Kegiatan short course di selesaikan di dua perguruan tinggi bereputasi dalam pengelolaan pendidikan guru di Finlandia, yakni Tampere University dan University of Helsinki. Di Tampere University, tim delegasi mengikuti course dengan topik “Teacher Education Programme in Finland, In-service Teacher Education in Finland, Tampere University Teacher Training School, Mentored Instead Supervised Teaching Practice, Dynamics of Teacher Identity Construction: Narrative analyses of experiences in an International Teacher Program” dan “Identity in Narrative Learning and Teaching”. Sedangkan di University of Helsinki, tim delegasi mengikuti course dengan topik bahasan terkait
Broad Based Instructional Leadership, Towards The Future of Teacher Education and Finnish Schools”
dan “Special Educational Teacher Education Programmes”.

Pada akhir sesi short course di Tampere University, Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Prof Zaenuri menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding tentang pengembangan sumber daya di bidang pembelajaran dan riset. Program-program yang dikerjasamakan meliputi exchange of visiting lecturers and professors, joint research activities, collaborative journal publication, exchange of student, dan joint conferences.

Di sela sela kegiatan short course, tim delegasi sempat diterima oleh Duta besar Republik Indonesia untuk Finlandia, Ibu Ratu Silvy Gayatri dalam acara jamuan makan siang. Rasa kangen dengan masakan Indonesia terobati sudah setelah sepekan tinggal di Finlandia. Pada kesempatan tersebut, Ibu Duta Besar juga menyampaikan informasi singkat mengenai pendidikan di Finlandia.

Saat ini semua tim delegasi sedang menjalani post departure di Jakarta, guna menyusun laporan dan memaparkan rencana aksi pengelolaan pendidikan guru untuk setiap LPTK. Kegiatan post departure akan diakhiri dengan penyusunan rekomendasi tata kelola pendidikan guru yang ditujukan kepada Kemendikbudristek.

Bertindak sebagai Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik sekaligus peserta program, Prof Dr Zaenuri menyambut baik kegiatan short course dalam rangka benchmarking Pengelolaan Pendidikan dan Tata Kelola Pendidikan Guru di Finlandia ini.

“Ini merupakan perluasan program pendidikan yang diharapkan mampu memberikan Indonesia pandangan-pandangan baru terkait sistem pendidikan di negara lain. Agar kita bisa mengevaluasi apa yang masih kurang dan perlu ditingkatkan sekaligus mengapresiasi hal-hal baik dari sistem pendidikan di Indonesia,” ujar Guru Besar FMIPA UNNES tersebut.
