Terima Dosen Baru, Unnes Tingkatkan Layanan Akademik

Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) menerima 48 dosen baru pada semester genap 2013. Ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan layanan akademik kepada mahasiswa sekaligus menyesuikan peraturan beban dosen. Dalam aturan tersebut dosen hanya dapat mengajar maksimal 14 SKS.

Rektor Unnes Sudijono Sastroatmodjo selain mengucapkan selamat menyampaikan supaya dosen baru untuk mengajar dengan baik. Menurutnya, ilmu yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa kelak akan menjadi lebih bermanfaat.

“Harta kita adalah sesuatu yang kita bagi. Kalau kita sembunyikan, simpan sendiri, justru bukan harta kita,” pesannya.

Rektor mengajak setiap dosen baru bekerja dengan baik bersama dosen lain yang telah lama bertugas. Menurutnya, semakin banyak sedulur justru pekerjaan akan semakin ringan diselesaikan.

Ketua Panitia Rekrutmen Dosen Anwar Haryono menjelaskan, seleksi telah dilaksanakan sejak awal Februari lalu. Keempat puluh delapan dosen baru tersebut menjalani pembinaan hari ini dan Rabu (26-27/2) esok.

“Dari empat puluh delapan itu, di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP) sebanyak 5 orang, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) 26 orang, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial (FIS) 10 orang, dan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan (FIK) 7 orang,” katanya.

Hingga kini pembinaan bagi dosen baru masih dilaksanakan. Selain pengenalan bidang akademik oleh Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik Dr Agus Wahyudin, dosen baru menerima penjelasan tentang Penjaminan Mutu dari Kepala Badan Penjaminan Mutu (BPM) Unnes Dr Sugianto. Mereka juga dijadwalkan mendapat penjelasan dari Kepala Badan Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (BPTIK) Unnes Sugiyanto MSi.

    maaf bisa minta tolong dimanakah Unnes mengumumkan rekrutmen dosen baru ini? saya kok tidak menemukan pengumuman sedikitpun baik di web unnes ataupun simpeg kok ujug-ujug ada berita ini ya? Coba lihat di UNS dan UB yang mengumumkan secara terbuka dari pengumuman penerimaan sampai dengan pengumuman hasil seleksi. Semoga pak rektor dirahmati oleh Allah swt.

    Selamat bergabung dosen baru Unnes, pengabdian dan layanan Saudara sangat dibutuhkan civitas kampus. Pikirkan dan lakukan kontribusi apa yg hrs Saudara berikan pd kampus tercinta Unnes, jangan pikirkan apa yg diberikan Unnes pd Saudara. Ambil hal2 yg positif, tinggalkan hal2 yg negatif dari dosen senior.
