Rektor Unnes: Peserta SBMPTN Cek Lokasi Hari Ini

Para peserta Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SBMPTN), dihimbau untuk mengecek lokasi ujian sehari sebelum pelaksanaan. Itu artinya, paling tidak hari ini mereka sudah memastikan lokasi ujian. Jika tidak, dikhawatirkan mereka akan kebingungan mencari ruang ujian pada hari “H” sehingga mengganggu konsentrasi dalam pengerjaan soal tes.

‘’Itu untuk menghindari kemungkinan peserta salah ruangan. Selain itu, juga antisipasi supaya mereka bisa berangkat tepat waktu. Sebab, panitia tidak menoleransi keterlambatan,’’ pesan Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Prof Fathur Rokhman, Senin (17/6), di kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Prof Fathur menyatakan perlu menyampaikan hal itu, karena kejadian keterlambatan, salah ruangan, atau keliru waktu ujian selalu terjadi setiap tahun. Dia sangat prihatin banyak peserta yang membuang waktu percuma. “Celakanya, ada pula di antara mereka yang belum pernah ke Unnes atau sekolah yang ditunjuk sebagai lokasi ujian. Lebih celaka lagi, selalu ada yang nyasar sehingga harus lari ke sana-kemari pada detik-detik terakhir menjelang ujian,” ungkapnya.

Sekedar catatan, tahun ini lokasi ujian juga telah dikelompokkan, yakni IAIN Walisongo untuk kelompok pendaftar tes campuran, Unnes untuk pendaftar sains dan teknologi (saintek), dan Undip untuk sosial humaniora (soshum)

Untuk tes SBMPTN Unnes, menurut Prof Fathur memakai 187 ruang dan 596 pengawas. Tes akan diikuti 5.960 peserta. Pengawasan kali ini tidak ada perbedaan dengan tahun sebelumnya.

Jalur SNMPTN Wajib Hadir

Di hari yang sama, yakni Selasa-Rabu, 18-19 Juni 2013 calon mahasiswa yang sudah lolos SNMPTN juga diwajibkan lapor diri. Mereka akan melakukan registrasi ulang sekaligus mengikuti pembekalan sebelum ditetapkan sebagai mahasiswa.

‘’Mereka wajib hadir di Auditorium kampus Unnes Sekaran Gunungpati. Mereka akan menerima pembekalan dari kampus,’’ ungkapnya.

Rektor menjelaskan, jika tidak hadir dalam pembekalan, maka hak sebagai calon mahasiswa dari SNMPTN akan digugurkan.

Pada 20-21 Juni, calon mahasiswa jalur SBMPTN yang memilih prodi Seni dan Olahraga juga wajib datang ke Unnes untuk mengikuti ujian keterampilan. ‘’Mereka yang ikut ujian harus membawa peralatan ujian praktik seperti baju olahraga atau lainnya, serta membawa sertifikat penghargaan jika pernah mendapat.

Kepada para pesera juga diingatkan adanya titik kemacetan. Yang paling perlu diwaspadai adalah Jembatan Besi di dekat Pasar Sampangan Baru.

“Antisipasinya tentu saja dengan menghindari titik itu atau melewati jalur itu jauh lebih awal,” tandas Rektor yang baru saja dilantik 5 Juni itu.
