“Tegal Bisnis” Fokus Kegiatan CSR Pertamina-Unnes

Sejak November  2010, Program Desa Binaan yang merupakan kerja sama Unnes dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Pertamina (Persero) CSR Pertamina di Kelurahan Slorok, Kecamatan Tegal Timur, Kota Tegal bertumpu pada pengembangan “Tegal Bisnis”. Fokus kegiatan bertumpu pada usaha mebelair, yang melibatkan sebagian besar warga Selarok.

Demikian dilaporkan Drs  AT Sugeng Priyanto MSi selaku koordinator kegiatan saat peresmian Rumah Pintar dan penandatanganan MoU antara Pemerintah Kota Tegal dan Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes), Kamis (21/7), di Kota Tegal.

Usaha mebelair yang melibatkan masyarakat Slorok dengan pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama perajin mebel Karya Bersama didorong untuk menjadi koperasi. Untuk pemasarannya, telah dilakukan ekpose produk dalam bentuk pameran. Selanjutnya dilatih untuk pemasaran lewat internet.  “Ada 22 pemuda yang telah dilatih menjadi tenaga terampil las besi dan studi banding ke Jepara hingga dihasilkan mebel khas Tegal,” imbuh AT Sugeng.

Program pengadaan rumah pintar  dan peletakan batu pertama telah dilakukan Wali Kota Tegal H Ikmal Jaya SE Ak dan Rektor Unnes Prof Sudijono SA pada Maret 2011. Akhinya, peresmian dan penyerahannya dilakukan oleh Wali Kota.  Rumah Pintar tersebut merupakan tempat berkumpul, belajar, dan berlatih bagi anak-anak, remaja, dan orang tua. Selain itu, perpustakaan Kelurahan Slorok serta sarana untuk pelatihan, khususnya dalam pelatihan ekonomi produk dan wirausaha.

Pengguntingan pita proyek CSR Pertamina dan Unnes itu dilakukan oleh Wali Kota beserta Ibu, wakil wali kota Tegal, sekda kota tegal, seles manager areal tegal dan Pembantu Rektor Bid. Kerjasama Unnes.

Ucapan terimakasih disampaikn Wali Kota Tegala saat memberikan sambutan. “Warga Slorok khususnya harus memanfaatkan keberadaan rumah pintar dan mengoptimalkan keberadaannya sehingga Tegal semakin bagus dan meningkat kesejahteraannya.”

Pembantu Rektor Bidang Kerja Sama Unnes Prof Fathur Rokhman menyambut baik harapan Wali Kota. “Apa yang menjadi kebanggaan Kota Tegal juga menjadi kebanggan Unnes yang selama 4 tahun melakukan pendampingan,” katanya.
