STEI Jakarta Juarai Lead Putri Lomba Panjat Dinding

Syarifah Abdul dari STEI Jakarta menjuarai Lomba Panjat Dinding Nasional III (LPDN III) kategori Lead Putri yang diselenggarakan Mahasiswa Pecinta Alam (Mahapala) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Minggu (18/11) di Wall Climbing kampus Sekaran.

Juara dua diraih Raky Picalia dari Universitas Kutai Kartanegara Kalimantan Timur, juara tiga Santi Waliyanti dari Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unseod) Purwokerto, Demikian dikatakan ketua panitia LPDN III Miftakhul Ulum.

Miftakhul Ulum juga mengemukakan sedangkan juara putra pada kategori yang sama juara pertama diraih Muhammad Marsudin dari Himalaya Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, juara II Sutrisno Universitas Widya Dharma (Unwidha) klaten, dan juara III bersama karena nilainya sama adalah Teguh Imam P serta Temi Teli Lasa ke duanya dari Himalaya Unimus Semarang.

“Lomba ini diikuti 120 mahasiswa dari perguruan tinggi se-Indonesia diantaranya Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Universitas Pendidikan Bandung, Stain Metro Lampung, Universitas Dumoga Kota Mobagu Sulawesi Utara, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, UGM, Universitas Balik Papan, Politeknik Negeri Malang dan lainnya” kata Miftakhul Ulum.

“Kegiatan ini merupakan siraturahmi antar mahasiswa se-Indonesia. Selain itu olahraga panjat dinding ini juga bermanfaat melatih fisik, memperkuat otot-otot tubuh, melatih keseimbangan, meningkatkan fleksibilitas, melatih kedisiplinan diri dan kesehatan,” kata Miftakhul Ulum.

Dia menambahkan, hari ini (Senin, 19/11-Red) masih berlangsung lomba speed perorangan putra dan putri.
