SMK 1 Mojosongo juara Green School Award Unnes 2011

SMK 1 Mojosongo akhirnya menjadi sekolah yang dinilai paling “green” di antara SMA-SMK di seluruh Jawa Tengah. Itu setelah sekolah tersebut dinobatkan sebagai juara I Green School Award pada puncak peringatan Dies Natalis Ke-46 Unnes, Rabu (30/3).
Green School Award merupakan bentuk apresiasi Unnes terhadap sekolah sekolah yang memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungan hidup.

“Penilaian didasarkan pada kesesuaian data yang telah diisi secara online oleh sekolah yang mendaftarkan diri sebagai peserta lomba dengan kondisi di sekolah saat panitia melakukan visitasi lokasi peserta lomba GSA,” kata Margaretta, kepala Badan Konservasi Unnes.
Selain itu, kreativitas sekolah sekolah dalam membuat produk yang memiliki manfaat terhadap masyarakat umum menjadi point penting bagi penilaian,tambahnya”.

Setelah melakukan proses seleksi dan visitasi, panitia GSA akhirnya memutuskan juara  tingkat SMA berturut turut juara 1, SMKN 1 Mojosongo (Boyolali), juara II SMKN 1 Bawen (kabupaten Semarang), juara III SMAN 2 Rembang, juara IV SMAN 1 Bandar (kabupaten Batang), juara V SMAN 1 Modjotengah (kabupaten Wonosobo) dan juara VI SMAN 2 Ungaran kabupaten  Semarang.

Sedangkan untuk kategori tingkat SMP berikut adalah nama nama sekolah pemenang GSA : juara 1 SMP Alam Ar Ridho Semarang, juara II SMPN 17 Semarang, juara III SMPN 2 Boyolali, juara IV SMPN 1 Susukan, Banjarnegara, juara V SMPN 3 Batang dan juara VI SMPN 3 Lasem, Rembang.

Para pemenang berhak mendapatkan piala rektor dan uang pembinaan dari Bank Tabungan Negara. Disamping itu, pemenang pertama juga mendapatkan 1 unit  notebook yang diserahkan langsung oleh Rektor Unnes Sudijono Sastroatmodjo. Pemberian penghargaan bagi para pemenang lomba GSA diserahkan seusai upacara Dies Natalis ke -46 Unnes di auditorium Unnes kampus Sekaran Gunung Pati .
