SMA 7 Surakarta Borong Juara Festival Drama Jawa

SMA 7 Surakarta berhasil menjadi yang terbaik dalam Festival Drama Berbahasa Jawa Tingkat SMA Se-Jawa Tengah, Sabtu-Minggu (22-23/12), di Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Semarang (FBS Unnes).

Tahun lalu, sekolah ini juga memenangi lomba yang  diselenggarakan oleh himpunan mahasiswa (Hima) Bahasa dan Sastra Jawa FBS Unnes sebagai bagian dari rangkaian acara “Gebyar Jawa” ini.

Selain membawa pulang trofi dan uang pembinaan Rp 2 juta, dewan juri juga mengganjar Didiek Pandji, sang sutradara, sebagai sutradara terbaik dalam festival ini. Secara sederhana, ia mampu mengangkat ketimpangan dan realitas sosial ke dalam dramanya yang berjudul “Kanjeng Ratu”. Raihan lain, SMA 7 Surakarta menyabet penghargaan aktor pembantu terbaik, aktris utama terbaik,  dan tata iringan terbaik.

Penyaji terbaik II adalah SMK N 2 Semarang yang membawakan “Layung Sore”, terbaik III diraih drama “Cedhak karo Akhire Jaman” dari SMA N Klirong Kebumen. Terbaik harapan I didapat SMA PMS Kendal dengan drama “Lintang Nyemplung Blumbang”, terbaik harapan II diraih SMA 1 Ungaran dengan “Kembang Abang Mbranang”, dan terbaik harapan III diraih SMA 2 Ungaran dengan “Omah Kerdhus”.

Selain itu, aktor utama terbaik didapat tokoh Senapati dalam lakon “Cedhak karo Akhire Jaman” dari SMA N Klirong Kebumen. Sedangkan tokoh Yati dalam “Layung Sore” oleh SMK 2 Semarang diganjar aktris pembantu terbaik yang juga mendapat penghargaan artistik terbaik.

Tema Sosial

Sebanyak delapan sekolah yang menyajikan lakon dalam festival ini memaparkan potret realitas sosial. Tema sederhana mampu dibawakan remaja SMA dengan menggunakan medium bahasa Jawa. Melalui kreativitas dan ketekunan pula, pementasan mereka seakan mematahkan anggapan bahwa yang muda tak lagi ingin peduli dengan bahasa Jawa.

Ketua Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Jawa FBS Unnes Yusro Edy Nugroho mengatakan, kegiatan rutin sebagai agenda jurusan ini sebagai upaya menanamkan kecintaan berbahasa Jawa di kalangan remaja.

“Sudah saatnya yang muda yang berkarya. Drama berbahasa Jawa ini menunjukkan tekad pelajar untuk selalu menjaga budayanya sendiri,” ungkapnya.

Selain itu, Yusro mengatakan, pembelajaran bahasa Jawa di sekolah harus tetap ada dan sangat diperlukan dalam upaya mencetak generasi berbudi luhur. “Tidak hanya di kelas, tapi melalui kreativitas dan inovasi, pembelajaran yang mengadung nilai-nilai karakter akan selalu menarik,” tandasnya.
