Siap Peroleh Akreditasi Internasional, Tiga Prodi FIPP Divisitasi Asesor AQAS

Upaya mewujudkan Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) sebagai universitas bereputasi dunia terus dilakukan. Salah satu bentuknya adalah menambah program studi terakreditasi internasional.

Untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut, tiga program studi di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) divisitasi oleh asesor Agency for Quality Assurance through the Accreditation of Study Programmes (AQAS), Selasa (21/11).

Ketiganya program studi tersebut adalah Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan (S1), Program Studi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah (S1), dan Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (S1).

Terdapat tujuh indikator dalam penilaian akreditasi AQAS meliputi Kualitas kurikulum; Penjaminan Mutu; Pembelajaran, pengajaran dan penilaian siswa; Penerimaan mahasiswa, perkembangan studi, Rekognisi dan Sertifikasi; Staf pengajar; Sumber pembelajaran dan Dukungan mahasiswa, serta ; Informasi Publik.

Selain mewujudkan visi sebagai universitas bereputasi dunia, akreditasi ini juga diperlukan dalam rangka memenuhi salah satu indikator kinerja utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi, khususnya IKU 8 yakni Program Studi Akreditasi Internasional sebagai ukuran pemeringkatan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN).

AQAS adalah lembaga akreditasi independen berasal dari Jerman. Lembaga ini adalah lembaga penjamin mutu program studi skala internasional yang telah diakui oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia (Kemendikbudristek).

Tim expert dari AQAS beranggotakan Prof. Dr, Volker Schubert, University of Hildesheim, Profesor di bidang Teknologi Pendidikan (Jerman); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeynep Alat, Ege University, Profesor di bidang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (Turki); Prof. Dr. Vicente Antonio Vallejo Pijano III, Philippine Women’s College of Davao, Fakultas Teknologi Administasi (Filipina); Rina Kusumawati, Special Education and Early Childhood Education Consultant (Indonesia) (perwakilan Pasar Tenaga Kerja); Florian Lamert, University of Freigburg (Jerman)(perwakilan mahasiswa). Tim didampingi oleh Vi Le dan Alexandre Wipf sebagai konsultan AQAS.

Prof. Dr. Zeynep Alat mengucapkan apresiasinya atas segala pelayanan yang diberikan dan hospitality yang baik. Ia berharap dengan kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan kesempatan ini juga dapat ia gunakan sebagai ajang tukar ilmu khususnya belajar custom dan culture yang ada di Indonesia.
