Sebelum Batas Waktu, 1.4 Juta LJUN Selesai Dipindai

Peserta Ujian Nasional (UN) tingkat SMA/MA, SMALB dan SMK se-Jateng 2012/2013 harus tetap tenang tidak perlu gelisah, karena semua Lembar Jawab Ujian Nasional (LJUN) sudah dipindai dengan sebaik-baiknya dan tidak ada masalah yang berarti. LJUN foto kopi sudah bisa diselesaikan, sejumlah siswa yang karena sesuatu hal menjawabnya di lembar soal juga sudah bisa diatasi. “Sehingga tidak ada alasan untuk gelisah khususnya menyangkut lembar jawab dan pemindaian, meski lembar jawab lebih tipis dibanding tahun lalu,” kata Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Rektor Universitas negeri Semarang (Unnes) Dr Agus Wahyudin kepada pers di Auditorium Kampus Sekaran, Rabu (1/5).

Dia yang didampingi Kepala Badan Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (BPTIK) Sugiyanto MSi juga menyatakan bahwa hari ini pukul 11.20 Unnes telah selesai memindai 1.450.671 LJUN, atau 2 hari sebelum target yang dijadwalkan yaitu Jumat 3 Mei 2013. “hari ini kami langsung mengirim hasil pemindaian ke BSNP Jakarta lewat online. Kami bertugas hanya memindai atau memindahkan dari data fisik ke bentuk data digital, tidak menilai dan tidak tahu skor hasilnya karena proses selanjutnya skoring ada di BSNP pusat”, tegasnya.

Dalam pemindaian, Unnes menggunakan 23 unit pindai dengan tiap-tiap unit berkecepatan 1 LJUN per detik. Para petugas bekerja 24 jam nonsetop setiap hari dengan melibatkan 90 personil pemindai,” kata Agus Wahyudin.

Disebutkan pula, untuk pemindaian digunakan dua sistem, yakni optical mark reader (OMR) dan pemotretan citra (image scaning/DMR). Jika sampai gagal dipindai dengan OMR, lembar jawab akan di-imaging. “Dengan pemotretan citra, dalam wujud apa pun ekstremnya, semua lembar jawab UN SMA/MA, SMALB dan SMK se-Jateng 2012/2013 akan berhasil dipindai,” katanya.

Menyinggung tentang adanya 20 jenis lembar soal berbeda di setiap ruangan, menurut dia dengan varian 20 soal tersebut sebagai sesuatu kemajuan luar biasa dalam UN tahun ini, terlepas dari persoalan UN tingkat SMA/MA, SMALB dan SMK secara nasional masih ada masalah tetapi secara umum dengan 20 soal merupakan menajemen UN sangat baik dan lebih kredibel meminimalkan kecurangan, “yang paling menggembirakan tugas negara ini sudah bisa diselesaikan dengan baik, ” pungkasnya.
