“School of Green Creativity” Juara II LKTI Nasional di Palembang

Tim Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah (LKTI) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) dari Jurusan Biologi yang diwakili oleh Arnita Cahya Saputri, Ahmad Alfian Risydan Yasin, dan Alfina berhasil meraih juara II LKTI tingkat nasional U-Green Tea 2014, Sabtu (20/2) di Universitas Sriwijaya (Unsri) Palembang.

Ketua tim LKTI Unnes Arnita Cahya mengabarkan kepada unnes.ac.id bahwa karya tulis dari tim Unnes berhasil lolos seleksi, masuk 15 karya terbaik. Karya terbaik tersebut, diantaranya tim Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), Universitas Airlangga (Unair), Universitas Sriwijaya (Unsri), Universitas Jember (Unej), Universitas Mulawarman (Unmul) Samarinda, Universitas Jambi, Universitas Brawijaya(UB), dan Universitas Bengkulu.

Karya tulis dengan judul “School of Green Creativity (SGC): Sekolah Pencetus Karya Hijau melalui Ten Steps System dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Mahasiswa Pengembang Teknologi Lingkungan dengan Tujuh Pilar Konservasi untuk Mewujudkan Indonesia Hijau, Harmoni dan Mandiri” karya Arnita Cahya Saputri dkk ini berhak mendapat juara II karena gagasan tersebut mampu menciptakan teknologi yang ramah lingkungan.

SGC, sekolah bernafaskan tujuh pilar konservasi Unnes, menurut Arnita Cahya, merupakan teknologi yang mempermudah aktivitas manusia, dan juga memiliki dampak positif bagi lingkungan.

Adanya gagasan SGC ini, “akan mampu menghasilkan karya teknologi lingkungan yang ramah lingkungan dan mampu diaplikasikan di masyarakat dengan mudah, murah dan efisien tanpa merusak lingkungan,” kata Arnita.

Selain LKTI, terselenggara juga Seminar nasional dan dialog beasiswa U-Green Tea 2014, dengan tema “The Symphony of Environment Technology,” ada juga Lomba Eco Creative, Lomba poster, dan lomba foto. Ahmad Alfian Risydan Yasin
