Samiyono Dosen FT Purna Tugas

Dosen Teknik Elektronika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Drs Samiyono MT memasuki purnatugas terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2014. Pelepasan oleh rektor Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum, Selasa (2/7) di Rektorat kampus Sekaran.

Hadir pada kegiatan itu Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik Dr Agus Wahyudin, Pembantu Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan Prof Masrukhi, dekan FT Muhammad Harlanu MPd, dan kepala biro Administrasi Perencanaan dan Keuangan Drs Sutikno Msi.

“Saya mengabdi di Unnes sampai purna tugas ini 39 tahun. Dan saya sampai sekarang masih ingat betul apa yang dikatakan oleh pak Djono Abadi (dulu Kepala Biro Administrasi Umum) yakni Miyono, tidak usah cari jabatan nanti jabatan sendiri yang mencarimu,” kata Samiyono, menirukan perkataan Djono Abadi.

Perkataan itu saya pegang terus sebagai motivasi dan berkah sehingga saya selama bekerja di Unnes diberi kepercayaan menduduki jabatan antara lain, ketua laboratorium teknik elektro selama 10 tahun (1981-1991), Sekretaris Jurusan (1991-1995), Sekretaris Senat (1995-1996), Pimpinan Bagian Proyek OPF (1996-1998), dan Bendahara Duelike (2002-2006).

“Ini semata-mata hanya amanah apa yang saya lakukan untuk Unnes merupakan bentuk kesetiaan, dan anak cucu kita nanti yang memetik hasilnya,” kata Samiyono. “Untuk itu saya mohon maaf selama bekerja di Unnes ini banyak kesalahannya,” pintanya.

Rektor Prof Fathur Rokhman menyampaikan banyak terima kasih atas pengabdiannya serta prestasi yang luar biasa sehingga Unnes menjadi lembaga yang besar seperti ini. Rektor atas nama lembaga dan pribadi juga mohon maaf apabila dalam melayani selama bekerja banyak kekurangannya.

Setelah purna tugas, kata Rektor silaturahmi dengan Unnes tidak putus karena secara otomatis menjadi anggota Wredatama yakni wadah para pensiunan Unnes.
