Rektor UNNES Mewisuda 1.706 Lulusan Doktor, Megister, Sarjana dan Diploma

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mewisuda sebanyak 1.706 lulusan, terdiri atas 28 orang Doktor, 193 orang Megister, 26 orang Profesi, 1.462 orang Sarjana, 7 orang Diploma pada upacara Wisuda ke-112 Tahun 2022, di Gedung Auditorium, Rabu (21/9).

Dalam kesempatan ini, Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan selamat dan sukses kepada seluruh wisudawan dan wisudawati wisuda periode ke-112 karena telah berhasil menyelesaikan studi dengan baik.

Prof Fathur mengatakan Momentum wisuda menjadi momen yang membanggakan bagi mahasiswa. Pada momen inilah mahasiswa membuktikan kepada diri sendiri dan orang di sekitarnya bahwa perjuangan yang penuh dedikasi akan membuahkan hasil manis.

“Setelah tujuh atau delapan semester Saudara semua belajar dengan sungguh-sungguh, akhirnya mampu menyelesaikan studi dan siap menapaki hari baru sebagai diploma, sarjana, master, dan doktor,” jelasnya.

Prof Fathur menjelaskan wisuda menjadi momentum pengalaman baru  dalam menjalani masa transisi dari kehidupan sebagai mahasiswa ke dunia baru sebagai professional di berbagai bidang.

“Saya yakin Saudara semua akan menjalani masa transisi tersebut dengan mulus karena sudah punya bekal lebih dari cukup selama belajar di kampus,” tutur Rektor UNNES.

Dalam Wisuda ke 112 ini, Prof Fathur mengingatkan untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi dan berkolaborasi.

“Saya merasa perlu kembali mengingatkan pentingnya kolaborasi karena itu merupakan kunci yang amat penting dalam mengarungi kehidupan kolektif, baik kehidupan profesional, kehidupan sosial bermasyarakat, maupun kehidupan kolektif sebagai bangsa,” tegas Prof Fathur.

Menurutnya, ada tiga alasan yang membuat kolaborasi menjadi kompetensi yang sangat penting dewasa ini.

Pertama, dengan kolaborasi berarti menyadari keterbatasan dan kekurangan kita sendiri lalu menemukan keunggulan pada orang lain untuk melengkapinya.

Kedua, kolaborasi menjadi penting karena sumber daya yang dimiliki dunia terbatas.

Alasan ketiga adalah, kolaborasi memungkinkan gagasan-gagasan baru yang visioner tercipta.

“Karena itulah, sekali lagi saya mengingatkan, teruslah belajar berkolaborasi, memandang kekurangan dan keunggulan diri secara positif, memandang kekurangan dan keunggulan orang lain secara positif, serta memiliki visi besar untuk bekerja sama,” pungkas Prof Fathur.
