Rektor: Sertifikasi Dosen Boten Sami kaliyan Arta

Sertifikasi dosen diibaratkan oleh Rektor Unnes Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo sebagai sebuah martabat. Dosen yang tersertifikasi merupakan dosen yang berkarakter dan bermartabat, dan itu tidak bisa disamakan dengan uang atau kesejahteraan.

Predikat sertifikasi ingkang ngasta menika priyantun ingkang bermartabat, priyantun ingkang berkarakter. Dosen ingkang angsal setifikasi saged dados tepa palupi menggahing diri pribadi lan putra-putri mahasiswa. Dados, sertifikasi dosen menika boten sami kaliyan arto, boten sami kaliyan kesejahteraan. Menawi angsal arta, kesejahteraan, menika wujudipun bebungah kangge dosen ingkat bermartabat wau (Predikat sertifikasi yang diraih meninjukkan diri sebagai [dosen] yang bermartabat, berkarakter. Dosen bersertifikasi hendaknya bisa menjadi teladanbagi diri sendiri maupun mahasiswa. Jadi, sertifikasi tak sama dengan uang atau kesejahteraasn. Kalaupun mendapat uang, kesejahteraan, itu hanya hadiah atas martabat tersebut),” kata Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo yang memang menggunakan bahasa Jawa saat memberikan sambutan pada sosialisasi penyusunan dokumen portofolio sertifikasi dosen Unnes tahun 2011 di ruang 405 gedung rektorat, Kamis (23/6).

Rektor juga mengimbau dosen Unnes untuk tidak melakukan tutorial di Universitas Terbuka (UT). “Ampun kathah-kathah muucal wonten UT, menawi taksih kirang, saged mbikak kelas ingkang kathah wonten Unnes. Ampun malah nambah kelas wonten njawi Jangan banyak-banyak mengajar di UT. Jika masih kurang, bisa membuka kelas yang banyak di Unnes. Jangan malah menambah kelas di luar),” kata Rektor yang baru seminggu yang lalu mencanangkan satu hari berbahasa Jawa pada hari Kamis di kampus Unnes itu.

Tahun 2011, tambah Prof Sudijono, Pembantu Rektor I sudah merancang jumlah mahasiswa Unnes yang akan diterima sebanyak 7.400 orang. “Tambah 2.400 dari tahun 2010 yang hanya 5.000 mahasiswa. Karena itu, mari membangun universitase kita sendiri. Unnes bisa besar karena Bapak-Ibu semua, karena keguyuban semua warga Unnes,” katanya, masih dalam bahasa Jawa krama.

Pada sertifikasi dosen tahun ini, Koordinator Sertifikasi Dosen Unnes Ngabiyanto melaporkan telah mengundang 206 dosen seuniversitas yang diusulkan dari jatah 217 dosen. “Itu setelah berbagai pertimbangan dan hasil verifikasi Rektor, pembantu rektor, dan dekan. Untuk subtansi penilaian portofolio dosen, terjadi perubahan hanya dari tata pengelolaan dari off line ke on line. Selain itu, tidak ada perubahan. Hasil up-date data dosen Unnes yang memenuhi syarat (eligible) tahun 2011 berjumlah 273, dan telah didaftarkan seluruhnya melalui mekanisme on-line pada sistem serdos.dikti.go.id,” katanya.
