Diserahkan, SK Kenaikan Pangkat dan Jabatan 31 Dosen

Sebanyak enam tenaga pendidik Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) menerima surat keputusan kenaikan pangkat. Penyerahan dilakukan oleh Rektor Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo di gedung Rektorat kampus Sekaran, Rabu (2/5). Pada saat yang sama, diserahkan pula SK jabatan bagi 25 dosen.

Rektor didampingi Pembantu Rektor Bidang Administrasi Umum Wahyono MM dan Kepala Bagian Hukum dan Kepegawaian Dra Soelami menyerahkan secara simbolis SK kenaikan pangkat kepada Dra Eva Banowati dan SK jabatan kepada Sucipto Hadi Purnomo MPd.

Prof Sudijono mengatakan, kenaikan pangkat ini tanpa campur tangan rektor. “Ini murni prestasi Bapak-Ibu. Karena itu, saya ucapkan selamat kepada Bapak-Ibu semua yang sudah naik pangkat dan naik jabatan,” katanya.

Rektor juga mengemukakan, ada dosen di Unnes yang sudah 10 tahun tidak naik pangkat sejak masuk jadi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) dengan pangkat III/a terus. “Namun berkat pendekatan dan arahan dari dekannya, akhirnya dia menyadari bahwa nasib dirinya itu yang menentukan adalah dia sendiri, bukan orang lain.”

Lebih lanjut dikemukakan, prestasi itu tidak mungkin tunggal, namun pasti jamak dan saling berkait. “Berkait, berkait, dan terus berkait. Bisa saja dosen yang bersangkutan puas dengan pangkat III/a itu, tapi anaknya pasti protes keras oh bapak itu sudah 10 tahun tapi belum naik pangkat,” tegas Rektor.

Sudijono mengajak kepada tenaga pendidik untuk selagi masih muda studi lanjut dan menyempatkan diri untuk mengurus kenaikan pangkat, sebab kenaikan pangkat merupakan hal yang saling terkait terus sampai ke jenjang guru besar.
