Rektor: Mengacu Renstra, Bersama Tingkatkan Kinerja

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum kembali menekankan seluruh dosen dan karyawan untuk bekerja sesuai tugas pokok masing-masing dan melakukan yang terbaik untuk lembaga. Ia mengatakan, tahun 2014 merupakan tahun aksi, maka beraktivitaslah dengan landasan kejujuran, taat azas dan berorientasi pada kinerja.

“Tugas kita adalah melanjutkan prestasi yang telah diraih oleh pada masa-masa sebelumnya. Mari laksanakan tugas kita dengan sebaik-baiknya, mengacu pada Renstra Unnes,” katanya, Kamis (13/3) di Rektorat, Kampus Sekaran, Gunungpati.

Menindaklanjuti tugas itu, Rektor mengharap seluruh civitas akademika Unnes untuk meninjau renstra Unnes tersebut. Jika ada yang belum kita laksanakan, ia mengajak civitas akademika untuk melanjutkan.

Disela sela itu, Rektor mengibaratkan, sebuah masjid yang di dalamnya sedang dilaksanakan sholat Zuhur berjamaah. Jika di rakaat kedua tiba-tiba imamnya batal, salah satu jamaah harus menggantikan posisi imam sampai salam. Ketika imam pertama batal, lanjuutnya, maka makmum jangan ikutan batal, selesaikan salat bersama imam kedua itu sampai selesai.

Acara yang diikuti seluruh PD II, Sekretaris Lembaga, Kabiro, Kabag, Kassubag itu, dilanjutkan dengan pengarahan Kepala Biro Administrasi Umum dan Kepegawaian (BAUK), Drs Anwar Haryono MPd. Ia mengingatkan kembali, kewajiban bersyukur atas segala hal yang telah kita terima, jalani dengan semangat, disiplin, jujur dan ikhlas.

  1. Sangat setuju dengan “Ibarat sholat berjamaah” yang disampaikan Pak Rektor. Imam yang baik juga terus meningkatkan kualitas sholatnya, dalam konteks ini tugas kita tak sekadar melanjutkan prestasi saja tetapi juga meningkatkan prestasi yang pernah diraih.     Kalau kita semua mau mensyukuri atas nikmat yang telah di terima, alangkah lebih majunya lembaga ini, karena masing-masing individu sudah tahu dan mau melakukan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan baik. Oleh karena itu hindari sikap mau bekerja hanya karena pimpinan, tetapi bekerja sungguh-sungguh karena sumpah dan janji yang pernah diucapkan. Niscaya tujuan yang “sehat, unggul dan sejahtera” akan dapat segera terwujud. Salam untuk semua dan salam khusus untuk BPM Unnes
