Rektor Lepas Delegasi UNNES Benchmarking Pendidikan ke Finlandia

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman Mhum melepas 3 orang delegasi UNNES untuk mengikuti short course Benchmarkning Pendidikan di Finlandia.

Ketiga delegasi tersebut adalah Prof Dr Zaenuri SE Msi Akt Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik, Dr Agus Yuwono M Si MPd Koordinator PPG, dan Prof Dr Muhammad Khafid M Si Tim Pengembang PPG UNNES.

Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi dan diikuti oleh 22 delegasi se Indonesia termasuk 3 di antaranya dari UNNES.

Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji profil pengelolaan dan penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Finlandia, dan secara khusus mengenai desain pembelajaran dan pengelolaan pendidikan guru (teacher education) di Finlandia.

Dalam arahannya, Rektor berpesan agar delegasi UNNES dapat belajar banyak dari kegiatan ini, mengamati secara seksama, mengkaji dan mempelajari, menjadikan inspirasi, untuk dapat menjadi salah satu rujukan pengembangan, pengeloloaan, penyelenggaraan pendidikan guru di UNNES pada khususnya dan desain pendidikan guru di Indonesia pada umumnya.

Rektor juga menyampaikan bahwa pengembangan yang dilakukan di UNNES, salah satunya berasal dari belajar dari berbagai perguruan tinggi rujukan, Jumat (26/11).

Sebelum berangkat ke Finlandia, semua delegasi menerima materi pembekalan (pre departure) pada tanggal 25 – 26 November tentang tujuan kegiatan, target kegiatan, tagihan kinerja, dan beberapa informasi teknis terkait perjalanan dinas luar negeri.

Direktur Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kemdikbudristek, Iwan Syahril menyampaikan beberapa hal harus diantisipasi selama mengikuti kegiatan, diantaranya : jet lag, shock culture, cuaca, bahasa asing, dan cognitive processing.

Selain itu secara substantif, Dirjen menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini adalah bagian dari desain besar (big picture) transformasi pendidikan yang akan kita lakukan. Setiap LPTK diharapkan dapat menjalin kerjasama dengan universitas terbaik di Finlandia khusus untuk pendidikan guru. Finlandia adalah salah satu negara dengan mutu pendidikan terbaik, tutupnya.
