Rektor Dorong LPPM Tingkatkan SDM Cerdas Berkarakter

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum mendorong Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) untuk meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang cerdas dan berkarakter.  Hal tersebut disampaiakan pada kegiatan coffee morning dan evaluasi kinerja di Ruang Borobudur LPPM, Senin, 16/12.

“Saya berharap UNNES unggul dan LPPM ungul. LPPM perlu mengembangkan  inovasi dan investasi. Perlu ditigkatkan 10 Inovasi, dan perlu ditingkatkan investasi. Yang menjadi prioritas LPPM ke depan  adalah  membangun SDM unggul, mahasiswa unggul  berprestasi dan berkarakter. Dosen juga harus cerdas,  berprestasi, berkarakter  dan terindek. Saat ini yang nampak  kualifikasi akademik dosen, kinerja  dosen melalui BKD-nya, dan produktifitas dosen dalam menghasilkan karya ilmiah. Dosen harus cerdas pada bidang kepakarannya . Dosen harus mendukung reputasi melalui  kepakarannya  yang dikenal dan dimanfaatkan oleh publik,” kata Prof Fathur Rokhman.

Lebih lanjut Rektor UNNES juga berharap agar LPPM terus menjaga dan mengembangkan tata kelola mandiri dalam meningkatkan kapasitas penelitian dan publikasi bersama,  standar kinerja cepat, pengembangan  sistem reputasi keilmuan dosen sehingga Kepakaran tidak hanya dikenal oleh internal namun juga eksternal, peningkatan prestasi baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas,  penghiliran keilmuan sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyatakat umum, dan peningkatan reputasi LPPM melalui pemberitaan di media internal maupun eksternal.

Ketua LPPM Dr Suwito Eko Pramono memaparkan hasil kinerja selama tahun 2019. Capain LPPM diantaranya 391 hasil penelitian, peningkatatan sitasi yang mencapai delapan ribu, sepuluh inovasi, dan capain lainnya.
