Refleksi Tiga Biro Unnes

Kapan waktu yang paling penting bagi anda? Siapa orang yang paling penting bagi anda saat ini? dan apa yang paling penting dilakukan saat ini?

Tiga pertanyaan itulah yang dilontarkan oleh Rektor Prof Fathur Rokhman MHum pada awal ketika memberi arahan pada “Refleksi Kinerja Biro Akademik Kemahasiswaan dan Kerjasama (BAKK), Biro Umum, Hukum dan Kepegawaian (BUHK), dan Biro Perencanaan dan Keuangan (BPK) 2015 Unnes”, Jumat (8/1) di auditorium kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Untuk pertanyaan pertama waktu yang paling penting jawabannya yakni “saat ini”. Sebab waktu tidak bisa diputar kembali. 2015 merupakan sejarah, kenangan tidak mungkin bisa diputar kembali kecuali film.

Sedangkan pertanyaan kedua jawabnya “orang-orang yang bersama dengan anda”. Kemudian jawaban ketiga yakni “respek atau rasa peduli”.

Untuk itu, mari kita tingkatkan rasa peduli kita kepada Unnes agar Unnes maju sesuai dengan apa yang kita canangkan yaitu universitas konservasi bereputasi internasional.

Kepala BAKK Drs Anwar Haryono MPd menyampaikan, di 2016 ini melanjutkan program 2015 yang masih releven dan melakukan program 2016. Selain itu juga memberikan pelayanan prima dibidang administrasi akademik, kemahasiswaan, dan kerjasama dalam rangka mendukung terwujudnya Unnes berwawasan konservasi dan bereputasi internasional.

Kepala BPK Drs Heri Kismaryono MM menyampaikan, hasil capaian kinerja renstra BPK 2015 mencapai 114,8%. Ini artinya banyak output kegiatan yg melebihi target. Namun capaian keuangan 77,76%. Sebab ada kebijakan efisiensi anggaran dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan.

Sedangkan Drs Sutikno MSi Kepala BUHK melaporkan, program dan kegiatan 2015 dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan target kinerja, apabila dirata-rata sebesar 96%. Adapun kendala sebagian besar sudah dapat diatasi melalui kerjasama dengan pihak terkait diantaranya belum semua pegawai mempunyai e-karpeg, SKP dosen belum sempurna, PUPNS belum semua pegawai membuat terutama yang sedang studi lanjut, dan tidak ada formasi CPNS untuk tenaga kependidikan padahal yang pensiun banyak.
