Rapim Prioritaskan Peningkatan Kinerja Terukur

Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik, UNNES mengadakan Rapat Pimpinan di Hotel The Sunan Solo hari Jumat dan Sabtu, 18 dan 19 Desember 2015. Acara ini dihadiri oleh Rektor, Wakil Rektor, Dekan, Direktur Pasca Sarjana, Ketua Lembaga, Kepala Biro, Kepala UPT TIK, Kepala UPT Perpustakaan, Kepala UPT Konservasi serta Kepala dan Sekretaris Badan Penjaminan Mutu. Rapat pimpinan kali ini bertajuk “Evaluasi Program dan Kegiatan Tahun 2015 dan Rencana Program Unggulan Tahun 2016”.

Dalam kegiatan ini seluruh pimpinan unit dan bidang yang ada di UNNES termasuk Wakil Rektor dan Dekan menyampaikan presentasi untuk mempertanggungjawabkan capaian kinerja di tahun 2015 dan menyampaikan rencana kerja tahun 2016. Setelah paparan, seluruh pimpinan mendapatkan masukan dari peserta rapat dan di akhir acara, seluruh pimpinan unit menandatangani komitmen kerja tahun 2016.

Rektor UNNES, Fathur Rokhman, pada sambutan pembukaan rapat menyampaikan bahwa saat ini pejabat harus mampu merealisasikan kinerja sesuai dengan target RENSTRA Bisnis dan RENIP UNNES. “Tidak boleh ada kegiatan unit yang tidak ada korelasinya dengan target Renstra dan UNNES. Ini berlaku untuk semua unit di UNNES” Fathur menambahkan.

Rapat yang berlangsung selama dua hari ini menghasilkan rumusan prioritas pengembangan dan pembangunan UNNES yang berkelanjutan serta rumusan UNNES menuju PTN Badan Hukum. Prioritas UNNES tahun 2016 adalah: (1) Penguatan Kelembagaan, (2) Perolehan Akreditasi Institusi A, (3) Penguatan Akreditasi Program Studi A, (4) Publikasi Ilmiah Internasional, (5) Kurikulum Internasional, (6) Penyiapan PTN BH, (7) Revitalisasi LPTK, (8) Keunggulan Laboratorium Terpadu Fakultas, (9) Implementasi Konservasi Berbasis Riset, (10) Pelayanan Prima (Good Governance), (11) Peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia, (12) Prestasi Mahasiswa di tingkat Nasional dan Internasional, (13) Pengembangan Karakter Mahasiswa DAN (14) Implementasi Pengembangan Kerjasama Tingkat ASEAN
