Rapat Pimpinan, Rektor UNNES Sampaikan Rencana Kinerja Tahun 2023 Lebih Sistematis dan Dinamis

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr S Martono MSi berpesan agar rencana kinerja dan program kerja pada tahun 2023 harus lebih sistematis dan dinamis.

Hal tersebut disampaikan Rektor UNNES Prof Martono saat memberikan arahan pada kegiatan rapat pimpinan yang membahas evaluasi kinerja tahun 2022 dan rencana kinerja pada tahun 2023. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan selama 2 hari, tanggal 26 dan 27 November 2022.

Prof Martono menyampaikan, di tahun 2023 merupakan awal bagi UNNES sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTNBH).

“Ini momentum yang harus kita kawal bersama demi UNNES tercinta, maka dari itu evaluasi program-program kerja tahun 2022 harus kita perbaiki lagi dan menyesuaikan dengan transformasi UNNES PTNBH,” kata Prof Martono.

Menurut Prof Martono, tantangan ke depan dan persaingan yang dihadapi UNNES sebagai PTNBH akan lebih ketat.

Untuk itu, dirinya meminta kepada seluruh pimpinan agar mempertajam dan merumuskan startegi serta program kerja UNNES tahun 2023 .

“Mulai dari sekarang UNNES harus mempersiapkan diri untuk berkompetisi dalam Liga PTNBH yang lebih ketat. Ke depan mari bersama-sama mengimplementasikan visi UNNES nenjadi universitas bereputasi dunia dan pelopor kecemerlangan pendidikan yang berwawasank onservasi,” kata Rektor UNNES.

Kepala Biro Perencanaan dan Keuangan, Junjung Sugiyat SIP melaporkan kegiatan rapat pimpinan ini bertujuan untuk mengukur, mereview dan mengevaluasi capaian target kinerja tahun anggaran 2022 dan rencana target kinerja tahun 2023.

Ia menambahkan, pada kesempatan ini juga akan dipaparkan progres capaian kinerja dari masing-masing Fakultas, Pascasarjana, dan Lembaga.

Dalam kesempatan ini, Rektor UNNES juga memberikan penghargaan kepada Fakultas, Pascasarjana Lembaga, Lembaga, dan Unit Pelayanan Terpadu yang berhasil meraih Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) terbaik.
