Rapat Antar Kementerian, Prof Fathur Sampaikan UNNES Siap PTNBH

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum bertransformasi menuju Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum semakin dekat.

Hari ini, Kamis (17/2), UNNES menggelar Rapat Panitia antar Kementerian membahas Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang.

Rapat ini diselenggarakan secara bauran daring dan luring terbatas yang dihadiri 5 Kementerian, Kemendikbudristek, Kemenkeu, Kemenkumham, Kemensegneg, Kemenpan RB.

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa UNNES siap untuk bertranformasi menjadi PTNBH.

“Ini merupakan cita-cita besar dalam membangun UNNES menjadi perguruan tinggi yang berkelas dunia. Membangun pendidikan yang berkualitas,” jelas Prof Fathur.

Prof Fathur menambahkan, UNNES memiliki visi menjadi universitas bereputasi dunia, pelopor kecemerlangan pendidikan yang berwawasan konservasi.

“Semangat UNNES agar lebih cemerlang dengan kekhasannya menjadi Universitas bereputasi dunia, pelopor kecermelangan pendidikan yang berwawasan konservasi dengan spirit Rumah Ilmu Pengembang Peradaban,” jelas Prof Fathur.

Hadir secara daring plt. Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Prof Ir Nizam MSc DIC PhD IPU Asean Eng.

Dalam arahannya, Prof Nizam mengatakan perubahan PTNBH harus dipersepsikan memberikan otonomi perguruan tinggi dengan kebebasan yang mengacu pada tata kelola kemerdekaan akademik.

“Jangan dimobilisasi kendaraan mahasiswa, UKT samkin banyak jangan sampai itu terjadi harus dijaga betul dengan dijaganya tata kelola yang baik dengan mensejahterakan dosen, tendik, dan mahasiswa,” tegas Prof Nizam.

Selain itu, Prof Nizam memberikan pesan agar UNNES tetap menjaga mandat dan misi menjadi LPTK terbaik.

“Setia pada mandat dan visi misi, karena saya berharap ada UNNES menjadi LTPK dengan pendidikan yang terbaik melalui visi misi. Mudah-mudahan UNNES dapat berlari menjadi unggul di tingkat nasional maupun global,” imbuhnya.

Turut hadir secara langsung Direktur Jendral Peraturan Perundang-undangan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Prof Benny Riyanto.

Prof Benny menyampaikan bahwa rapat hari ini merupakan kegiatan yang vital karena menentukan statuta PT UNNES

“Statuta harus dipayungi dengan payung hukum yaitu peraturan pemerintah melalui mekanisme yang sudah ditentukan,” ucap Prof Benny.

Prof Benny berharap penentuan statuta ini tidak terlalu lama sehingga PP UNNES menuju PTNBh ini bisa segera lahir, pungkasnya.

Rapat Panitia antar Kementerian membahas Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang dipandu oleh Dr Chatarina Muliana SH SE MH Inspektur Jenderal Kemendikbudristek RI.
