RADIG Jadi Top Visit Produk Inovasi di Pameran Virtual Ritech Expo 2021

Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) menyelenggarakan Pameran Riset, Inovasi, dan Teknologi, yaitu “Riset, Inovasi, dan Teknologi Expo (RITECH EXPO) 2021” dalam rangka memperingati hari Kebangkitan Teknologi Nasional Ke-26. Pameran RITECH EXPO 2021 diselenggarakan dalam bentuk Virtual Exhibition pada tanggal 10 – 13 November 2021 (Pameran Interaktif) dan 14 November – 13 Desember 2021 (Pameran Statis) melalui alamat website ritechexpo.id.

Ritech Expo 2021 hadir dengan berbagai rangkaian acara, diantaranya Virtual Exhibition, Demo Sains, Webinar dan Klinik Konsultasi. Terdapat empat kategori Peserta Pameran dengan beragam produk inovasi unggulan dan produk inovasi lainnya yang dapat dikunjungi, diantaranya Perguruan Tinggi, Lembaga Litbangjirap Pemerintah, Industri, Start Up dan Mitra Internasional.

CV Leaf Technology dengan produk utama Radiografi Digital (RADIG) yang merupakan karya inovasi Prof Dr Susilo MS dari Jurusan Fisika Fakultas Matamatika dan IPA Universitas Negeri Semarang turut serta dalam Pameran Virtual Ritech Expo 2021 ini. CV Leaf Technology yang berdiri sejak tahun 2019 merupakan binaan BRIN lewat program Start Up Inovasi Indonesia melalui Inkubator Unit Bisnis LP2M Unversitas Negeri Semarang yang dikelola oleh Rudi Setiawan selaku tenant. Dalam Pameran Virtual Ritech Expo 2021 ini CV Leaf Technology dengan produk utama Radiografi Digital (RADIG) terpilih sebagai Top Visit Produk Inovasi di ritechexpo.id.

RADIG merupakan hasil modifikasi sistem radiografi konvensional menjadi sistem radiografi digital dimana hasil eksposi citra konvensional berupa film atau analog menjadi hasil eksposi citra digital berupa file digital dengan proses pendigitalan menggunakan DSLR.

Menurut Prof Susilo, seiring perkembangan zaman, Radiografi Konvensianal (RK) dirasa kurang efektif dalam operasionalnya karena beberapa hal yaitu pasien perlu menunggu beberapa saat untuk pencetakan film radiograf, memerlukan ruang kedap cahaya untuk pemrosesan film, dan dibutuhkan bahan kimia dalam pembuatan film radiograf yang menghasilkan limbah kimia atau limbah B3 (Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun).

Untuk itu, Prof Susilo menambahkan RADIG diharapkan mampu menjembatani sistem radiografi konvensional menjadi sistem radiografi digital di rumah sakit yang masih menggunakan radiografi konvensional.
