Program Pertukaran Pemuda Antarnegara 2012

Dalam rangka pengenalan mengenai Pertukaran Pemuda Antarnegara (PPAN) 2012, Purna Caraka Muda Indonesia (PCMI) Jawa Tengah mengadakan road show dan sosialisasi di beberapa universitas. Pengenalan di Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) dilaksanakan Rabu (21/3), di gedung rektorat kampus Sekaran.

PPAN merupakan program tahunan hasil kerja sama Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dengan negara-negara sahabat dan telah diadakan sejak 1973. Program ini dikelola oleh Kementerian Pemuda dan Olah Raga (Kemenpora) Republik Indonesia.

PCMI didirikan tahun 1977 oleh para alumni PPAN. Kegiatan PCMI di tingkat nasional diserahkan ke panitia pusat yang berada di Jakarta. Sedangkan di tingkat provinsi diserahkan ke PCMI di masing-masing provinsi. Untuk PCMI Jawa Tengah mewadahi alumni PPAN dari Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berkedudukan di Semarang.

Ada enam program pertukaran yang tergabung dalam PPAN sebagai berikut:

  1. Progaram Pertukaran Pemuda Indonesia-Kanada (ICYEP)
  2. Progaram Pertukaran Pemuda Indonesia-Australia (AIYEP)
  3. Progaram Kapal Pemuda ASEAN-Jepang (SSEAYP)
  4. Progaram Pertukaran Pemuda Indonesia-Malaysia (IMYEP)
  5. Progaram Pertukaran Pemuda Indonesia-Korea (IKYEP)
  6. Progaram Pertukaran Pemuda Indonesia-China (ChIYEP)

Saat ini, PCMI Jawa Tengah dan Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Jawa Tengah masih menunggu keputusan resmi dari Kemenpora RI mengenai kuota program dan pelaksanaan seleksi PPAN 2012. Namun, anda sudah dapat menyiapkan syarat kelengkapan mulai dari saat ini  sebagai berikut:

  1. WNI, penduduk Jawa Tengah (dengan menyerahkan fotocopy KTP dan Kartu Keluarga dilegalisir) usia per 1 Maret sesuai dengan usia program yang ingin diikuti (dibuktikan dengan fotocopy akte kelahiran).
  2. Belum menikah, dibuktikan dengan surat pernyataan diketahui orang tua.
  3. Pendidikan minimal lulus SMA/ SMK/ MA.
  4. Belum pernah mengikuti program PPAN yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemenpora (dibuktikan dengan surat pernyataan).
  5. Belum pernah terlibat dalam tindakan kriminal dan dijatuhi hukuman berdasarkan keputusan pengadilan (dibuktikan dengan SKCK).
  6. Menyerahkan pas foto berwarna 2×3 sebanyak 6 lembar , 3×4 sebanyak 6 lembar, dan 4×6 sebanyak 12 lembar dengan latar belakang merah.
  7. Menyerahkan Curriculum Vitae.
  8. Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan dengan ketentuan minimal skor TOEFL 450/ TOEIC 600/ IELTS 5 (bukti dibawa waktu pendaftaran).
  9. Menguasai salah satu jenis keterampilan bidang seni dan budaya Indonesia. (seni tari, seni musik, public speaking, fotografi, desain grafis, debat, atau skill lainnya akan menjadi poin plus).
  10. Memiliki pengetahuan umum yang cukup.
  11. Memiliki keterampilan komputer, internet, website, dan memiliki alamat email.
  12. Memiliki kepribadian yang kuat dan berjiwa nasionalisme Indonesia.
  13. Anda juga diperkenankan untuk membawa dokumen pendukung seperti surat rekomendasi, surat pengantar dari fakultas/instansi bekerja, portofolio, dan dokumen-dokumen relevan lainnya.

Seleksi  akan dilaksanakan pada 28 Maret 2012 (masih dalam konfirmasi) di Dispora Jawa Tengah dengan tiga tahapan yakni seleksi administrasi, tes tertulis, dan tes wawancara (hanya diikuti oleh maksimal 10 orang untuk setiap program).
