Prof AT Soegito: Cintailah Muridmu dan Bersenyumlah

Prof Ari Tri Soegito SH MM bertandang ke SMA 3 Semarang, Jumat (20/12) di ruang media SMA 3. Mantan Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) yang juga profesor Pendidikan Pancasila Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Unnes ini turun gunung dalam program Professor Go to School yang telah dicanangkan Unnes sejak November lalu.

Dia berbicara tentang implementasi kurikulum berbasis karakter melalui pembelajaran terpadu. Menurutnya, model pembelajaran terpadu akan efektif apabila disampaikan secara holistik, menyenangkan, bermakna, dan autentik. “Seorang guru harus mencintai muridnya dan bersenyumlah. Sebab, sepandai-pandainya guru kalau tidak menyayangi, tidak memberi perhatian terhadap muridnya, tidak akan menghasilkan output pembelajaran yang maksimal,” ungkapnya.

Di hadapan tidak kurang dari 80 guru, Prof AT juga menyampaikan gambaran perjuangan Bung Karno dalam menggelorakan Pancasila sebagai jati diri bangsa, ideologi bangsa, pandangan hidup bangsa Indonesia di depan peserta sidang PBB. Pada sidang kali pertama itu, ia bicara ideologi Pancasila yang ternyata mendapat tanggapan dan kekaguman peserta sidang.

“Untuk itu, menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila kepada peserta didik menjadi kewajiban, dan guru mendidik, membimbing, fasilitator bagi anak agar menjadi anak yang berkarakter dan berjati diri,” tambahnya.

Kepala Sekolah Drs H Bambang Nianto MEd mengemukakan, kedatangan Prof AT mendapat apresiasi positif. Dia menyatakan para guru di sekolahnya mendapatkan penyegaran kembali mengenai pembelajaran dan kurikulum berkarakter serta mengingatkan akan pentingnya penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila. Bahkan ia berharap perlu ditindaklanjuti program-program pendampingan selanjutnya.

Eko Wulansari, guru sejarah yang juga alumni Unnes mengatakan, kehadiran profesor kali ini bermanfaat bagi guru. “Program ini memberi inspirasi dan penyegaran kembali penanaman pendidikan karakter agar sesuai yang diharapkan,” katanya.

Sugimin, guru di SMA itu menanyakan yang harus dilakukan guru terkait dengan ideologi dan politik luar negeri. Prof AT menjawab, politik luar negeri merupakan egoisme nasional, ada kepentingan untuk bangsa dan negara. “Sebagai contoh berhati-hatilah apabila mendapat bantuan dari luar negeri. Pasti ujung-ujungnya ada pamrih dan misi yang dibawa.”

    Allhmdulilah… dengan program semacam ini semogA setiap sekolah bisa belajar dari para profesor . Sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di indonesia. Amin moho. Jangan hanya sekolah yang sudah maju saja. Semoga sekolah-sekolah yang belum berkembang juga menjadi perhatian khusus.
