Pembantu Rektor II Serahkan SK CPNS kepada 44 Pegawai

Pembantu Rektor Bidang Administrasi Umum (PR II) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Dr Wahyono menyerahkan Surat Keputusan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil ( SK CPNS) kepada 44 orang tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan Rabu (29/10) di Dekanat Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) kampus Sekaran.

Penyerahan secara simbolis tenaga pendidik diwakili Rudi Salam dan tenaga kependidikan oleh Erna Ariany Sisdiana.

Ke-44 orang CPNS itu terdiri atas 37 orang tenaga pendidik dan 7 tenaga kependidikan. Ke-37 tenaga pendidik itu menyebar di seluruh fakultas yakni Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP) 4 orang, FBS (5), FIS (6), FMIPA (6), FT (6), FIK (3), FE (5), dan FH (2).

Sedangkan untuk tenaga kependidikan yakni di Biro Administrasi Akademik Kemahasiswaan dan Kerja Sama (BAAKK) 1 orang, Biro Administrasi Perencanaan dan Keuangan (BAPK) 3 orang, Biro Administrasi Umum dan Kepegawaian (BAUK) 2 orang, dan Badan Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (BPTIK) 1 orang.

Dr Wahyono saat memberi pengarahan mengatakan, sebetulnya Unnes memperoleh 49 orang CPNS (41 tenaga pendidik dan 8 tenaga kependidikan). Namun SK CPNS nya yang sudah jadi baru 44 orang. Empat orang SK CPNS-nya masih dalam proses di Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, dan 1 orang mengundurkan diri karena sudah diterima di instansi lain.

Dr Wahyono juga mengemukakan, sebagai CPNS baru harus menyesuaikan peraturan peraturan yang berlaku di Unnes diantaranya kedisiplinan. Selain itu, juga mengembangkan bagaimana Unnes ke depan harus dicintai masyarakat.

“Caranya anda harus mengajar dengan handal, disiplin, loyal kepada lembaga serta menjaga nama baik Unnes di lingkungan masyarakat,” kata Dr Wahyono.

“Siapa pun pimpinannya Anda semua harus membangun loyalitas kepada lembaga, kalau Anda tidak loyal kepada lembaga rusaklah lembaga ini,” tegas Dr Wahyono.

Sementara itu, Kepala BAUK Drs Anwar Haryono MPd menyampaikan, ada lima kunci sukses keberhasilan yakni menjunjung tinggi etika, disiplin, jujur, berprestasi, dan berdoa.

  2. Semoga semakin semangat kerja, semakin disiplin, semakin jujur, semakin low profil dan semakin bisa jadi buat contoh untuk yang masih BLU atau prmubhakti. Semoga yang belum diangkat bisa segera cepat diangkat.
