Ponco, Endah, dan Sri Redjeki Promosi Kasubbag

Ponco Prayitno SPd dipromosikan menjadi Kepala Subbgian (Kasubbag) Minat, Penalaran, dan Informasi Kemahasiswaan pada Bagian Kemahasiswaan Biro Administrasi Akademik Kemahasiswaan dan Kerjasama (BAAKK). Pelantikan oleh Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo di rektorat kampus Sekaran, Rabu (4/4).

Selain Ponco, dipromosikan juga Dra Endah Wulansari SH menjadi Kasubbag Umum dan Kepegawaian Tata Usaha (TU) Fakultas Teknik (FT) dan Dra Sri Redjeki Prasetyowati sebagai Kasubbag TU Bagian Umum Biro Administrasi Umum dan Kepegawaian (BAUK).

Kasubbag yang dimutasi yakni Nur Istikomah SPd MM yang semula Kasubbag Minat Penalaran dan Informasi Kemahasiswaan Bagian Kemahasiswaan BAAKK ke Subbagian Akuntansi Bagian TU Program Pascasarjana (PPs), Muhamad Sulikin SPd MM yang semula Kasubbag Registrasi dan Statistik Bagian Pendidikan BAAKK mutasi ke Subbagian Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan TU Fakultas Hukum (FH).

Selain itu, Moh Yoesron SH yang semula Kasubbag Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan FH mutasi ke Registrasi dan Statistik Bagian Pendidikan BAAKK, menggantikan Muhamad Sulikin.

Dalam sambutannya Rektor Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo mengatakan, Unnes adalah universitas taat asas. “Artinya semua keputusan harus sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Jangan sampai ada kasubbag membuat keputusan sendiri tanpa sepengetahuan kabag maupun kepala biro. Apalagi jika itu bisa berdampak luas pada universitas,” tandasnya.

Taat asas, lanjut Rektor, pada hakikatnya mengatur hak dan kewajiban kita masing-masing. “Walaupun pekerjaan itu bisa dikerjakan kasubbag, kalau bukan kewenangannya jangan pernah dikerjakan. Kalau pekerjaan itu kewenangan kepala biro, jangan sekali-kali kasubbag mengerjakannya.”
