Peserta The Pilot Ihilead Erasmus+Ihilead Rancang Program Professional Lecturer Goes To Industry

Satu Tim peserta The Pilot Ihilead Erasmus dan Ihilead Program yang terdiri dari Dr Desi Harneti Putri Huspa dari Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD), dr Rr Sri Ratna Rahayu MKes PhD dari Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Dr Farid Setiawan MPdI dari Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) dan Pangesti Rahman SE dari Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) berhasil menggagas suatu program yang diberi tajuk Professional Lecturer Goes to Industry.

Program Professional Lecturer Goes to Industry ini merupakan pengembangan dari Program Dosen Magang di Industri dari Direktorat Sumber Daya Kemendikbudristek untuk mengingkatkan kompetensi dosen dalam melaksanakan proses pendidikan yang masih terdapat gap yang cukup besar dengan kebutuhan industri.

Program ini didesain dalam bentuk pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi (Pendidikan, Penelitian dan Pengabdian) di industri. Melalui program ini, dosen diberikan kesempatan melihat dan terlibat langsung pada dunia industri dan dunia kerja sehingga dapat berdampak pada proses pembelajaran di kelas.

Selain itu, dosen juga dapat mengajukan program hibah penelitian dan pengabdian yang disediakan oleh kampus. Hibah tersebut harus berkolaborasi dengan mitra dari dunia industri atau dunia kerja. Semua itu dirancang untuk membangun link and match antara perguruan tinggi dengan dunia industri, tutur Dr Desi Harneti Putri Huspa sebagai Project Leader.

Selain merancang program, Tim ini juga telah merancang buku panduan program Professional Lecturer Goes to Industry. Buku tersebut sedang diujicobakan di salah satu Perguruan Tinggi anggota konsorsium nasional.

Uji coba ini, di satu sisi, dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh masukan-masukan yang konstruktif dari masyarakat akademik, sehingga buku panduan yang telah dirancang benar-benar dapat diterapkan dengan baik. Di sisi lain, ujicoba juga dimaksudkan untuk membangun ekosistem baru di lingkungan dosen agar menjalin relasi dengan dunia industri.

Sebagai informasi, Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 14 orang peserta dan telah dilaksanakan di kampus-kampus, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri, seperti di University of Granada, Spanyol.

Program iHiLead di Indonesia dikelola oleh tujuh kampus, yaitu Universitas Islam Indonesia, Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Universitas Negeri Semarang, President University, Universitas Brawijaya, dan STIE Malangkucecwara. Tujuh kampus yang terhimpun dalam konsorsium nasional sejak awal 2021 telah merumuskan dan melaksanakan Pilot program iHiLead dengan bentuk pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi pimpinan di tujuh perguruan tinggi anggota konsorsium di Indonesia.
